Abstract
【解決手段】 ドリル先端を製造するための方法および一対の挟持ジョーを提供する。特に、一対の挟持ジョーを用いてねじを製造するために、ワイヤ釘にドリル先端を一体的に形成するための方法は、製造されたドリル先端の切刃の全長に沿ってドリル先端から剪断されるように、およびドリル先端の長手方向側縁に沿ってのみ所定の破断点によりドリル先端に接続されたままであるように、ドリル先端の一体的な形成中に、変位された材料によって形成される出っ張りを提供する。

Claims (9)
- ドリル先端、特に、ねじのドリル先端を製造するための方法であって、前記方法が、以下のステップ、すなわち、
1.1 ワイヤ釘(7)が、離間した2つの挟持ジョー(1)の間の中間空間で、一方の端部(8)によって位置決めされるステップと、
1.2 前記挟持ジョー(1)が共に移動されるステップと、
1.3 前記挟持ジョー(1)が閉じられたときに、前記ドリル先端が前記2つの挟持ジョー(1)の間に形成されるステップと、
1.4 前記挟持ジョー(1)が閉じられたときに、余分な材料が、前記ワイヤ釘(7)の前記端部(8)を囲む出っ張り(11)内に変位されるステップと、
1.5 前記出っ張り(11)が、所定の破断点を形成するために、前記ワイヤ釘(7)の長手方向側面で変形されるステップと、
1.6 前記出っ張り(11)が前記ドリル先端の切刃(10)に沿って前記ワイヤ釘(7)から分離されるステップと、
1.7 前記ドリル先端が型外しされた後、前記出っ張り(11)が前記ワイヤ釘(7)から剪断されるステップと、
を含む方法。 - 2つの同一の挟持ジョー(1)が使用される請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記ドリル先端から前記出っ張り(11)を分離するために、前記出っ張り(11)が前記切刃(10)に沿って剪断される請求項1または2に記載の方法。
- 前記出っ張り(11)と前記ワイヤ釘(7)との間の分離部が前記切刃(10)の全長に沿って延びる請求項1〜3のいずれか1項に記載の方法。
- 請求項1〜4のいずれか1項に記載の方法によって製造可能であるドリル先端を有するねじ。
- ドリル先端、特に、ねじのドリル先端を製造するための一対の挟持ジョーであって、
6.1 各挟持ジョー(1)が、
6.2 前記挟持ジョー(1)の閉鎖状態で前記ドリル先端の雌型を形成する窪み(2)と、
6.3 前記窪み(2)を囲み、かつ前記ドリル先端の製造中に変位された材料を収容する収容空間(4)とを有し、
6.4 前記窪み(2)と前記収容空間(4)との間の境界が、前記窪みの長手方向軸線に対して平行に延びる2つの側面に沿って形成され、その結果、
6.5 前記2つの挟持ジョー(1)が、前記一対の挟持ジョーの前記閉鎖状態で前記境界に接触せず、
6.6 前記窪み(2)と前記収容空間(4)との間の前記境界が、製造されるべき2つの切刃(10)に沿って形成され、その結果、
6.7 前記2つの挟持ジョー(1)が、前記一対の挟持ジョーの前記閉鎖状態で前記境界に少なくとも部分的に接触または重畳する一対の挟持ジョー。 - 前記窪み(2)と前記収容空間(4)との間の前記境界が、少なくとも1つの挟持ジョー(1)の場合に、少なくとも1つの長手方向側面に沿った挟持縁部(3)を有する請求項6に記載の一対の挟持ジョー。
- 前記窪み(2)と前記収容空間(4)との間の前記境界が、少なくとも1つの挟持ジョー(1)の場合に、前記ドリル先端の製造されるべき前記2つの切刃(10)に沿った切刃または剪断刃(6)を有する請求項6または7に記載の一対の挟持ジョー。
- 前記2つの挟持ジョー(1)が同一に形成される請求項6〜8のいずれか1項に記載の一対の挟持ジョー。
