Abstract
【解決手段】断熱材は、樹脂成分を含む塗料によって形成された樹脂材の一例としての樹脂層74と、樹脂層74の外側に形成される樹脂層75とを有する。樹脂材としての樹脂層74においては、中空粒子80とガラス片81とが樹脂成分の塗料に混入される。ガラス片81の平均粒径は、中空粒子80の平均粒径よりも小さい。

Description
実施例においては、上述した内釜70を作製して、樹脂層74と樹脂層75とを有する断熱材の外表面として、内釜70の外表面の平滑性について確認した。
一方、内釜70と比較するために、比較例として、別の内釜を作製した。別の内釜の基材は、内釜70の基材71と同様のものを準備し、同様に作製した。
Claims (11)
- 中空粒子とガラス片とを含む樹脂材を有し、
前記中空粒子の平均粒径よりも前記ガラス片の平均粒径が小さい、断熱材。 - 前記中空粒子の形状は略球状であって、
前記ガラス片の形状は、角部を有する形状である、請求項1に記載の断熱材。 - 前記ガラス片の材質は、無アルカリガラスを含む、
請求項1または請求項2に記載の断熱材。 - 前記中空粒子の材質は、セラミックまたはガラスを含む材質である、
請求項1から請求項3までのいずれか1項に記載の断熱材。 - 前記樹脂材において、前記中空粒子と前記ガラス片とが略同一の重量比率で混合されている、請求項1から請求項4までのいずれか1項に記載の断熱材。
- 前記樹脂材の母材は、耐熱性の樹脂である、
請求項1から請求項5までのいずれか1項に記載の断熱材。 - 前記ガラス片が、互いに異なった形状のガラス片を含む、
