Abstract
【解決手段】内外輪と保持器8と、ピン穴4aを有する中空ころ4とを備え、前記保持器は、第1環状側板1と、第2環状側板2と、前記第1環状側板1および前記第2環状側板2を連結する複数のピン3とを有し、前記ピン3を前記中空ころ4のピン穴4aに挿入することにより、前記ピン3に前記中空ころ4が回転自在に支持されているころ軸受において、前記中空ころ4のピン穴4a及び前記ピン3の外周3a間に弾性部材5を介挿し、この弾性部材5によって前記中空ころ4を前記ピン3に対して径方向に弾性支持した。

Description
また、特許文献3では、側板内周面とピンの外周面に環状凹部を設け、該環状凹部にブッシュ配置により、側板とピンとの係合強度を持たしたものが開示されている。
この第一の実施形態のころ軸受は、外径面に内側転走面7aが形成された内輪7と、その内輪7の外側に配置され、内径面に外側転走面6aが形成された外輪6と、内輪7と外輪6との間に転動自在に配された複数の中空ころ4と、各中空ころ4を円周方向等間隔に保持するピンタイプ保持器8とで構成されている。
さらに、前記内径側係止部が両端にある樽状コイルばねであるのため、弾性部材の構造が簡単で安価となり、中空ころのピン穴および前記ピンの外周間の非常に狭い空間で弾性力を発生できる利点がある。
ころ軸受の内外輪は第1実施形態と同様であるので、説明を割愛する。
Claims (4)
- 外輪と、内輪と、前記外輪および前記内輪の間を転動しピン穴を有する複数の中空ころと、前記複数の中空ころを回転可能に支持する保持器とを備え、前記保持器は、第1環状側板と、第2環状側板と、前記第1環状側板および前記第2環状側板を連結する複数のピンとを有し、前記ピンを前記中空ころのピン穴に挿入することにより、前記ピンに前記中空ころが回転自在に支持されているころ軸受において、前記中空ころのピン穴および前記ピンの外周間に弾性部材を介挿し、この弾性部材によって前記中空ころを前記ピンに対して径方向に弾性支持したことを特徴とするころ軸受。
- 前記弾性部材は、前記ピン穴に接触する外径側係止部と、前記ピンに接触する内径側係止部とを有し、前記外径側係止部および前記内径側係止部は、互いに軸方向に離間して径方向に離間してこの間に弾性力を有することを特徴とする請求項1に記載のころ軸受。
- 前記弾性部材は、前記外径側係止部が軸方向中央にあり、前記内径側係止部が両端にある樽状コイルばねであることを特徴とする請求項2に記載のころ軸受。
- 前記中空ころのピン穴の内周およびピンの外周の少なくとも一方に環状溝および接触面を互いに軸方向にずらして形成し、前記中空ころのピン穴の内周およびピンの外周の少なくとも他方と、前記環状溝との間に弾性部材を介挿し、前記弾性部材を径方向に偏心移動させ、径方向に変形させたときに、前記中空ころのピン穴の内周およびピンの外周の少なくとも一方と、前記接触面とが接触することを特徴とする請求項1から3のいずれか一項に記載のころ軸受。
