Abstract
【解決手段】複数の部材1,2が振動溶着により溶着されてなる車両用樹脂製品100であって、振動溶着による溶着部分は、振動方向Qに離散的に設けられた異なる複数の面11(11a,11b,・・・)に配置され、該複数の面11のそれぞれは、振動方向Qに対して所定角度以内とされたことを特徴とする。

Description
また、湾曲している部分だけを別工程で溶着したり、ネジ止めしたり、接着剤で固定したりすると、製造工程数の増加等によりコスト高となってしまう。
本実施形態のリアスポイラ100は、図1に示すように、車両200の後端部に取り付けられる。このため、車両200の形状が丸みを帯びた曲面的形状である場合、その形状に合わせて長手方向に湾曲した形状となる。以下、自動車の直進方向を基準として上下方向及び左右方向を説明する。
内側部材1は、この略V字型に折り曲げられた外壁部71の内側に嵌め込まれる形状となっている。そして、リアスポイラ100は、こうして外側部材2の内側に内側部材1が嵌め込まれた状態で、内側部材1と外側部材2とが振動溶着されて形成される。
図3の例では、溶着用凸部21a、21bが外壁部71における側面部分の内側に振動溶着させるための部分であり、溶着用凸部21cが、外壁部71における折り曲げ部72の内側に振動溶着させるための部分となっている。
なお、振動方向Qと加圧方向P1との角度は90°に限定されず、90°に近い角度であれば振動溶着可能である。
この近傍とは、内側部材1および外側部材2を接合する強度が十分に確保できる程度に近い距離を指し、なるべく隣接していることが好ましい。
このため、複数の方向から加圧や振動を加える特殊な振動溶着装置を必要とせず、端部まで安定した強度の振動溶着を低コストに実現できる。
このため、溶着時及び溶着後にも捩れにくく変形しにくい安定した強度を持つリアスポイラ100を得ることができる。
このため、意匠性に優れると共に、捩れにくく変形しにくい安定した強度のリアスポイラ100を、汎用の振動溶着により低コストで製造することができる。
このため、取付穴30の近傍についても、内側部材1および外側部材2が十分な溶着強度で溶着されるようになっている。特に、取付穴30がリアスポイラ100の両端付近における前方に湾曲した部分に設けられる場合であっても、その取付穴30の近傍における溶着強度を十分に確保することができる。このため、車両200に取り付けられた使用時にも、リアスポイラ100全体が車両200に十分な強度で安定して固定される。
次に、本発明の第2の実施形態について説明する。
第2の実施形態は、上述した第1の実施形態で内側部材1に当接面11が設けられ、外側部材2に溶着用リブ50が設けられるのに替えて、外側部材2に当接面11を設け、内側部材1に溶着用リブ50を設けた構成としたものである。
上述した第1の実施形態と同様のものについては説明を省略する。
第2の実施形態としてのリアスポイラ100の離散配置部10では、外側部材2における外壁部71の内側に当接面11が棚状に凸設される。この当接面11は、面上の各点における接平面と振動方向Qとの角度θが15°以内(−15°≦θ≦15°)となるよう設けられる。
このため、第2の実施形態の構成によっても、離散配置部10で十分な溶着強度での振動溶着ができ、上述した第1の実施形態と同様の効果を得ることができる。
次に、本発明の第3の実施形態について説明する。
第3の実施形態は、上述した第1、第2の実施形態で内側部材1と外側部材2とを振動溶着により溶着しているのに替えて、2つの外側部材3,4を振動溶着により溶着する構成としたものである。
上述した第1、第2の実施形態と同様のものについては説明を省略する。
上側部材3は、両端付近が下方向に湾曲した形状であり、その上側部材3の湾曲形状の内側に、下側から下側部材4が嵌め込まれ、振動溶着される。
また、上側部材3における当接面11に対応する場所には、当接面11に溶着させるための溶着用リブ50が設けられる。溶着用リブ50は、下側部材4が上側部材3の下側から嵌め込まれた状態で当接面11に略垂直となる平板であり、上側部材3の外壁部81における所定位置に凸設される。
このため、第3の実施形態の構成によっても、離散配置部10で十分な溶着強度での振動溶着ができ、外側部材である上側部材3および下側部材4を溶着させる構成として、上述した第1、第2の実施形態と同様の効果を得ることができる。
次に、本発明の第4の実施形態について説明する。
第4の実施形態は、上述した第3の実施形態で当接面11を外壁部の内側に配置したのに替えて、外壁部に当接面11を配置する構成としたものである。
上述した第3の実施形態と同様のものについては説明を省略する。
また、下側部材4における当接面11に対応する場所には、当接面11に溶着させるための溶着用リブ50が凸設される。溶着用リブ50は、下側部材4が上側部材3の下側から嵌め込まれた状態で当接面11に略垂直となる平板であり、下側部材4における外壁部82における所定位置に凸設される。
このため、第4の実施形態の構成によっても、離散配置部10で十分な溶着強度での振動溶着ができ、上述した第3の実施形態と同様の効果を得ることができる。
なお、上述した各実施形態は本発明の好適な実施形態であり、本発明はこれに限定されることなく、本発明の技術的思想に基づいて種々変形して実施することが可能である。
例えば上述した第1の実施形態の構成で例示すると、図12のように、振動方向に複数の当接面11(11a,11b,・・・)が設けられると共に、振動方向と垂直な方向に当接面11d1、11d2が設けられる構成であってもよい。この場合、外側部材2における対応する位置に、溶着用リブ50d1、50d2が設けられ、振動溶着により溶着部52dが形成される。こうした構成によっても、上述した各実施形態を同様に実現することができ、同様の効果を得ることができる。
こうした構成であっても、振動溶着により同様に溶着することができ、本発明を同様に実現することができる。

Claims (4)
- 複数の部材が振動溶着により溶着されてなる車両用樹脂製品であって、
前記振動溶着による溶着部分は、振動方向に離散的に設けられた異なる複数の面に配置され、該複数の面のそれぞれは、前記振動方向に対して所定角度以内とされたことを特徴とする車両用樹脂製品。 - 前記振動方向は、前記車両用樹脂製品における長手方向の1方向であり、
前記振動溶着における加圧方向は、前記振動方向と直交する1方向であることを特徴とする請求項1記載の車両用樹脂製品。 - 前記振動溶着による溶着部分が配置される面が、前記振動方向に所定距離未満で離散的に設けられた部分の近傍に、車両への取付部が少なくとも1つ設けられたことを特徴とする請求項1または2記載の車両用樹脂製品。
- 振動溶着により溶着される前記複数の部材は、外側部材と内側部材であり、
前記外側部材は、前記振動方向に垂直な断面が、折り曲げ部で折り曲げられた形状である外壁部を含み、
前記内側部材は、前記振動方向に垂直な断面が、該折り曲げられた前記外壁部の内側に嵌め込まれる形状であることを特徴とする請求項1から3の何れか1項に記載の車両用樹脂製品。
