【解決手段】このように、第1の羽根部18は、主板21と、この主板21から伸びた複数の羽根22とからなり、この羽根22の先端には、第1の平坦端部27と、連結端部29とを有し、第2の羽根部19は、円環状のシュラウド23と、このシュラウド23の内面から突出した羽根22を固定する羽根固定部24とからなり、羽根固定部24は、第1の支持部35と第2の支持部36との間に設けた第1の平坦端部27に接触可能な第1の水平平坦面部33と、この第1の水平平坦面部33の内方端からシュラウドへ伸びた連結面部とからなり、第1の羽根部18の連結端部と、第2の羽根部19の連結面部との間に空間部37を備えると共に、第1の平坦端部27には、第1の平坦端部27から突出した溶着用突起27aを設けたことを特徴とする。

Claims (4)
- 第1の羽根部と第2の羽根部とから構成し、前記第1の羽根部は、回転軸が固定される主板と、この主板から伸びた複数の羽根とからなり、この羽根の先端には、前記主板の外周側に位置する第1の平坦端部と、この第1の平坦端部の内方端から前記主板の中央側に伸びた連結端部とを有し、前記第2の羽根部は、前記主板に対向配置される円環状のシュラウドと、このシュラウドの内面から突出した前記羽根を固定する固定部とからなり、前記固定部は、中空形状の凸部と、この凸部から伸びると共に、前記羽根の前記第1の平坦端部と、前記連結端部の少なくとも一部とを挟む第1の支持部と第2の支持部と、これら第1の支持部と第2の支持部との間に設けた前記第1の平坦端部に接触可能な第1の水平平坦面部と、この第1の平坦面部の内方端から前記シュラウドの中央側へ伸びた連結面部とからなり、前記第1の羽根部の前記連結端部と、前記第2の羽根部の前記連結面部との間に空間部を備えると共に、前記第1の平坦端部には、前記第1の平坦端部から突出した溶着用突起を設け、この溶着用突起と前記第2の羽根部の前記第1の平坦面部とを接触させながら超音波によって水平方向へ振動させ、前記第1の羽根部の前記第1の平坦端部の前記溶着用突起を一旦溶かし、前記第1の羽根部の前記第1の平坦端部と前記第2の羽根部の前記第1の平坦面部とを前記溶着用突起によって溶着させることを特徴とする遠心ファン。
- 前記シュラウドの前記第1の水平平坦面部には、前記第1の水平平坦面部から伸びた面部側突起部を設け、前記主板の前記第1の平坦端部には、前記面部側突起部が入る端部側切欠部を備え、前記面部側突起部の前記羽根における内方側の端面である面部側突起内端面部と、前記端部側切欠部の前記羽根における内方側の端面である端部側切欠内端面部との間に空間部を備え、前記面部側突起部の前記羽根における外方側の端面である面部側突起外端面部と、前記端部側切欠部の前記羽根における外方側の端面である端部側切欠外端面部とは、下端から上端へ向かうにしたがって前記羽根における外方側へ傾斜すると共に、前記第1の水平平坦面部と前記第1の平坦端部とが接触すると、前記面部側突起外端面部と前記端部側切欠外端面部とが接触することを特徴とする請求項1に記載の遠心ファン。
- 前記シュラウドの外面には、第2の平坦面部を有し、この第2の平坦面部は前記第1の平坦面部に対向すると共に、前記第1の支持部と前記第2の支持部の一部に対向することを特徴とする請求項2に記載の遠心ファン。
- 請求項1から請求項3のいずれかに記載の遠心ファンを備えたことを特徴とする空気調和機。
