Abstract
【解決手段】複数の太陽電池102と、隣り合う太陽電池102の間に配置された支柱104と、2枚の透明樹脂基板101とを含み、2枚の透明樹脂基板101の間には、複数の太陽電池102及び支柱104が配置され、2枚の透明樹脂基板101の間の空隙部には、透明充填樹脂106が充填され、2枚の透明樹脂基板101の外周部は、透明樹脂基板101と同一の繰り返し単位を有する樹脂で溶着されている樹脂基板太陽電池モジュール100を用いる。

Claims (12)
- 複数の太陽電池と、隣り合う前記太陽電池の間に配置された支柱と、2枚の透明樹脂基板とを含み、前記2枚の透明樹脂基板の間には、前記複数の太陽電池及び前記支柱が配置され、前記2枚の透明樹脂基板の間の空隙部には、透明充填樹脂が充填され、前記2枚の透明樹脂基板の外周部は、前記透明樹脂基板と同一の繰り返し単位を有する樹脂で溶着されていることを特徴とする樹脂基板太陽電池モジュール。
- 前記太陽電池は、結晶シリコンで形成されていることを特徴とする請求項1記載の樹脂基板太陽電池モジュール。
- 前記透明樹脂基板は、ポリカーボネートで形成されていることを特徴とする請求項1又は2に記載の樹脂基板太陽電池モジュール。
- 前記透明充填樹脂は、シリコーン樹脂で形成されていることを特徴とする請求項1〜3のいずれか一項に記載の樹脂基板太陽電池モジュール。
- 前記支柱は、ポリカーボネートで形成されていることを特徴とする請求項1〜4のいずれか一項に記載の樹脂基板太陽電池モジュール。
- 前記2枚の透明樹脂基板の外周部の溶着は、レーザー溶着もしくは赤外線熱溶着によって行うことを特徴とする請求項1〜5のいずれか一項に記載の樹脂基板太陽電池モジュール。
- 前記2枚の透明樹脂基板の外周部は、封止樹脂を充填したフレームで固定されていることを特徴とする請求項1〜6のいずれか一項に記載の樹脂基板太陽電池モジュール。
- 前記太陽電池は、両面受光型であることを特徴とする請求項1〜7のいずれか一項に記載の樹脂基板太陽電池モジュール。
- 前記空隙部の一部には、樹脂流入部が設けられていることを特徴とする請求項1〜8のいずれか一項に記載の樹脂基板太陽電池モジュール。
- 前記樹脂流入部の内壁には、被覆膜が設けられていることを特徴とする請求項9記載の樹脂基板太陽電池モジュール。
- 前記樹脂流入部は、前記透明樹脂基板と同一の繰り返し単位を有する樹脂で仕切られた空間であり、該樹脂の一部には、前記透明充填樹脂が流通可能な開口部が設けられていることを特徴とする請求項9又は10に記載の樹脂基板太陽電池モジュール。
- 前記被覆膜の水蒸気透過率は、100g/(m2・day)以下であることを特徴とする請求項9〜11のいずれか一項に記載の樹脂基板太陽電池モジュール。
