Abstract
【解決手段】排気ガスが流れるパイプ3内に還元剤を噴射する噴射装置13と、パイプ3内を流れる排気ガスを案内する案内部材20と、を有し、案内部材20は、還元剤が噴射される噴射領域Aの排気ガスの上流側を覆って排気ガスを噴射領域Aの片側側方に案内する。これにより、排気ガスが還元剤の噴射領域に直接入り込むのが抑制されるとともに、還元剤の噴射領域を囲うような旋回流が発生するため、還元剤の拡散を十分に行うことが可能となる。

Claims (4)
- エンジンの排気ガスを浄化するための排気浄化装置であって、
排気ガスが流れるパイプ内に還元剤を噴射する噴射装置と、
前記パイプ内を流れる前記排気ガスを案内する案内部材と、
を有し、
前記案内部材は、前記還元剤が噴射される噴射領域の前記排気ガスの上流側を覆って前記排気ガスを前記噴射領域の片側側方に案内する、
排気浄化装置。 - 前記案内部材は、
前記噴射領域と中心軸を同一とする断面円弧状に形成された第一案内部と、
前記第一案内部から前記噴射領域に対して離間する方向に延びる第二案内部と、
を備える、
請求項1に記載の排気浄化装置。 - 前記案内部材は、1又は複数の貫通孔が形成されている、
請求項1又は2に記載の排気浄化装置。 - 前記噴射装置は、前記パイプの軸線に対して傾斜する方向に前記還元剤を噴射する、
請求項1〜3の何れか一項に記載の排気浄化装置。
