フィルムを複数の被加工品の上面に貼り付けるための真空・加圧貼り付け装置であって、該真空・加圧貼り付け装置は、
1)上枠体固定板の下面に気密に取り付けられた上枠体と、
2)上枠体の内方・上方に配置した加熱ランプと、
3)上枠体の下端部に固定され、かつ複数の被加工品の上面にそれぞれフィルムを貼り合わせる際に必要な複数の窓穴を有する上ガイドプレートであって、上固定枠、上枠体、上ガイドプレートによって上チェンバーを画成する上ガイドプレートと、
4)下枠体固定板の上面に気密に配置された下枠体と、
5)下枠体の上端部に気密に載置され、軟化可能なフィルムを載せかつ上ガイドプレートとの間に軟化可能なフィルムを挟み、上ガイドプレートの窓穴に対応して複数の窓穴を有する下受けプレートであって、下枠体固定板、下枠体、下受けプレートによって下チェンバーを画成する下受けプレートと、
6)被加工品を下受けプレートの窓穴に対応して下受けプレートの下方に載置するための置板と、
7)下受け板と上ガイドプレートの間にフィルムを挟んだ状態で、被加工品をフィルムに押しつける第1のシリンダと、
8)上チェンバーあるいは下チェンバーを移動させてフィルムの上下に上下チェンバーを位置させ、上枠体の下端部と下枠体の上端部とを気密に接触させる第2のシリンダと、
9)上チェンバー内と下チェンバー内を真空脱気するための真空手段と、
10)上チェンバー内を高圧とする高圧手段とからなる、真空・加圧貼り付け装置。
