3.真空チェンバー形成用下枠体の内部に配置され、かつ上に基板を置くようになっている基板置台であって、基板上には素子を配置し、素子の上には封止シートを乗せ、あるいは封止シートの上にさらに封止シートより半径方向外方に延びる加圧剥離フィルムを置くようになっている基板置台と、
4.素子上の封止シートを加熱軟化させる加熱装置と、
5.真空チェンバー形成用下枠体と真空チェンバー形成用上枠体のいずれかに設けた真空排気及び高圧ガス導入用孔と、
