Abstract

Description
この実施例では、スリーブを製造し、分離可能な部材要素(例えば生体吸収性材料)を用いてスリーブに取り付けた。外径が約26mmで長さが約46cmのステンレス鋼製マンドレルを入手した。ePTFE製犠牲チューブをマンドレルに被せて引っ張った。犠牲チューブは、壁の厚さが約0.01mm、長さが約40cm、内径が約20mmであった。この犠牲チューブを用いてスリーブを構成したが、犠牲チューブはあとで廃棄することになる。
この実施例では、長手方向の一部に沿って分離可能な部材要素を有するスリーブを製造した。分離可能な部材要素により、所定の時間が経過した後にスリーブを離すことができるため、絨毛とキームスの間の接触を増やすことが可能である。
この実施例では、所定の時間が経過した後に多孔度が変化するスリーブを製造した。より詳細には、多孔性領域と非多孔性領域を持つスリーブを構成した。多孔性領域は、所定の時間が経過した後に分解する生体吸収性材料で覆った。
この実施例では、長さに沿ってポアサイズが変化するスリーブを製造した。外径が約26mm、長さが約46cmのステンレス鋼製マンドレルを取得した。ePTFE製犠牲チューブをマンドレルに被せて引っ張った。犠牲チューブは壁の厚さが約0.01mm、長さが約40cm、内径が約20mmであった。この犠牲チューブを用いてスリーブを構成したが、犠牲チューブはあとで廃棄することになる。
Claims (54)
- スリーブと、
分離可能な部材要素を備えるスリーブに取り付けられた少なくとも一つの固着部材要素と、
を含む胃腸管に留置するための埋め込み型装置。 - 前記分離可能な部材要素が、分離可能な能動的部材要素、分離可能な受動的部材要素及びそれらの組み合わせからなる群から選ばれる、請求項1に記載の装置。
- 前記分離可能な部材要素が、生体吸収性材料及び生体消化性材料のうちの少なくとも一つを含む分離可能な受動的部材要素である、請求項2に記載の装置。
- 前記分離可能な部材要素が、スリーブに固着部材要素を取り付けるために使用される生体吸収性材料である、請求項1に記載の装置。
- 前記生体吸収性材料がPLA/PGAを含む、請求項4に記載の装置。
- 前記分離可能な部材要素が固着部材要素を取り付ける少なくとも一つの縫合糸を含む、請求項1に記載の装置。
- 前記スリーブがフルオロポリマーを含む、請求項1に記載の装置。
- 前記フルオロポリマーが延伸ポリテトラフルオロエチレンを含む、請求項7に記載の装置。
- 前記固着部材要素がニチノールを含む、請求項7に記載の装置。
- 少なくとも一つの固着部材要素と、
該少なくとも一つの固着部材要素に取り付けられるスリーブと、
を含み、該スリーブが分離可能な部材要素を用いて互いに取り付けられる第一領域と第二領域とを含む、胃腸管に留置するための埋め込み型装置。 - 前記分離可能な部材要素が分離可能な受動的部材要素である、請求項10に記載の装置。
- 前記分離可能な部材要素が、生体吸収性材料と生体消化性材料とのうちの少なくとも一つを含む、請求項10に記載の装置。
- 前記生体吸収性材料がPLA/PGAを含む、請求項12に記載の装置。
- 前記分離可能な部材要素が、前記固着部材要素を固着する縫合糸である、請求項10に記載の装置。
- 前記スリーブが、延伸ポリテトラフルオロエチレンを含む、請求項10に記載の装置。
- 少なくとも一つの固着部材要素と、
該少なくとも一つの固着部材要素に取り付けられるスリーブと、
を含み、該スリーブが第一領域と第二領域とを含み、該第一領域と該第二領域とが異なる特性を有する、胃腸管に留置するための埋め込み型装置。 - 前記第二領域の前記特性が時間とともに変化する、請求項16に記載の装置。
- 前記特性が、前記第一領域の第一多孔性と前記第二領域の第二多孔性とを含む、請求項16に記載の装置。
- 前記特性が、前記第一領域の第一ポアサイズと前記第二領域の第二ポアサイズとを含む、請求項16に記載の装置。
- 前記第一領域及び前記第二領域が、分離可能な部材要素を用いて同時に取り付けられる、請求項16に記載の装置。
- 前記分離可能な部材要素が、生体吸収性材料及び生体消化性材料のうちの少なくとも一つを含む、請求項16に記載の装置。
- 前記生体吸収性材料がPLA/PGAを含む、請求項21に記載の装置。
- 前記分離可能な部材要素が、前記スリーブの前記第一領域及び前記第二領域を固着する縫合糸を含む、請求項20に記載の装置。
- 前記スリーブの第一領域がフルオロポリマーを含む、請求項16に記載の装置。
- 前記フルオロポリマーが延伸ポリテトラフルオロエチレンを含む、請求項24に記載の装置。
- 前記固着部材要素がニチノールを含む、請求項16に記載の装置。
- 前記第二領域がFEPを含む、請求項16に記載の装置。
- 前記固着部材要素が自己拡張ステントである、請求項16に記載の装置。
- 前記固着部材要素がバルーン拡張性ステントである、請求項16に記載の装置。
- 近位端と、遠位端と、内表面と、外表面と、壁厚部とを有する縦状スリーブと、
分離可能な部材要素を用いて該スリーブの該近位端に取り付けられる固着部材要素と、
を含み、分離可能な部材要素が弱まると該スリーブが所定の時間後に該固着部材要素から切り離される、装置。 - 前記固着部材要素が前記スリーブの少なくとも前記外表面で取り付けられる、請求項30に記載の装置。
- 前記分離可能な部材要素が、生体吸収性材料、消化性材料及び腐食性材料のうちの少なくとも一つを含む、請求項30に記載の装置。
- 前記固着部材要素が自己拡張ステントである、請求項30に記載の装置。
- 前記固着部材要素がバルーン拡張性ステントである、請求項30に記載の装置。
- 前記スリーブが熱可塑性材料を含む、請求項30に記載の装置。
- 前記熱可塑性材料がフルオロポリマーを含む、請求項35に記載の装置。
- 前記フルオロポリマーが延伸ポリテトラフルオロエチレンである、請求項36に記載の装置。
- 前記固着部材要素がニチノールを含む、請求項30に記載の装置。
- 前記スリーブが、約0.5μm(ミクロン)から約6.0μm(ミクロン)の範囲に及ぶ壁厚部を有する、請求項30に記載の装置。

- 前記スリーブがフイルム材料を含む、請求項30に記載の装置。
- 前記フイルム材料が螺旋状に包まれたフイルム材料である、請求項46に記載の装置。
- 近位端と、遠位端と、内表面と、外表面と、壁厚部とを有するスリーブであって、該スリーブが、該スリーブの残部から取り外し可能である少なくとも一部分を更に含む、スリーブと、
分離可能な部材要素を用いて該スリーブの該近位端に取り付けられる固着部材要素と、
を含む腸内装置。 - 前記スリーブが、前記分離可能な部材要素が弱まると前記固着部材要素から切り離される、請求項48に記載の装置。
- 前記固着部材要素が拡張可能である、請求項48に記載の装置。
- 前記スリーブの前記少なくとも一部分が、前記スリーブ内部のバルーンを膨張させることによって取り外し可能である、請求項48に記載の装置。
- 前記スリーブの前記少なくとも一部分が、前記分離可能な部材要素を取り除くことによって取り外し可能であり、前記分離可能な部材要素が縫合糸である、請求項48に記載の装置。
- 患者の十二指腸の中に配置するサイズにされた第一固着部材要素と、
該第一固着部材要素に取り付けられていて該第一固着部材要素から延びる第一スリーブであって、該第一スリーブが、近位端と、遠位端と、内表面と、外表面と、該近位端から該遠位端まで延びる壁部と、該壁部に設けられた少なくとも一つの開口部とを有する第一スリーブと、
該患者の胆管の中に配置するサイズの第二固着部材要素と、
該第二固着部材要素に取り付けられていて該第二固着部材要素から延びる第二スリーブであって、該第二スリーブが、該第一スリーブの該壁部に設けられた該少なくとも1つの開口部に適合するサイズにされている第二スリーブと、
を含む胃腸管に留置するための埋め込み型装置。 - 前記第一スリーブ及び前記第二スリーブがフルオロポリマーを含む、請求項53に記載の装置。
