Abstract
Description
この実施例では、スリーブを製造し、分離可能な部材要素(例えば生体吸収性材料)を用いてスリーブに取り付けた。外径が約26mmで長さが約46cmのステンレス鋼製マンドレルを入手した。ePTFE製犠牲チューブをマンドレルに被せて引っ張った。犠牲チューブは、壁の厚さが約0.01mm、長さが約40cm、内径が約20mmであった。この犠牲チューブを用いてスリーブを構成したが、犠牲チューブはあとで廃棄することになる。
この実施例では、長手方向の一部に沿って分離可能な部材要素を有するスリーブを製造した。分離可能な部材要素により、所定の時間が経過した後にスリーブを離すことができるため、絨毛とキームスの間の接触を増やすことが可能である。
この実施例では、所定の時間が経過した後に多孔度が変化するスリーブを製造した。より詳細には、多孔性領域と非多孔性領域を持つスリーブを構成した。多孔性領域は、所定の時間が経過した後に分解する生体吸収性材料で覆った。
この実施例では、長さに沿ってポアサイズが変化するスリーブを製造した。外径が約26mm、長さが約46cmのステンレス鋼製マンドレルを取得した。ePTFE製犠牲チューブをマンドレルに被せて引っ張った。犠牲チューブは壁の厚さが約0.01mm、長さが約40cm、内径が約20mmであった。この犠牲チューブを用いてスリーブを構成したが、犠牲チューブはあとで廃棄することになる。
Claims (18)
- 胃腸管に留置するための埋め込み型装置であって、
前記装置が、
前記装置を前記胃腸管に保持するための、少なくとも一つの固着部材要素と、
近位端及び遠位端を有し、かつ、前記少なくとも一つの固着部材要素に取り付けられて前記少なくとも一つの固着部材要素から延びるスリーブと、
を含み、
前記スリーブが、第一の多孔度を有する第一の領域と第二の多孔度を有する第二の領域とを含み、前記第二の領域の表面はポアがないフィルムで包まれ、前記第一の領域と前記第二の領域とは分離可能な部材要素によって互いに接合されており、
前記固着部材要素が、前記スリーブの前記近位端に取り付けられている、前記装置。 - 前記分離可能な部材要素が分離可能な受動的部材要素である、請求項1に記載の装置。
- 前記分離可能な部材要素が、生体吸収性材料及び生体消化性材料のうちの少なくとも一つを含む、請求項1に記載の装置。
- 前記生体吸収性材料がPLA/PGAを含む、請求項3に記載の装置。
- 前記分離可能な部材要素が縫合糸を含む、請求項1に記載の装置。
- 前記スリーブが、延伸ポリテトラフルオロエチレンを含む、請求項1に記載の装置。

前記スリーブが、第一の多孔度及び複数の第一のポアを有する第一の近位領域と、第二の多孔度及び複数の第二のポアを有する第二の遠位領域とを含み、前記第一の近位領域と前記第二の遠位領域とは分離可能な部材要素によって互いに接合されており、
前記第一のポア及び前記第二のポアは分解可能な材料で満たされており、
前記固着部材要素が、前記スリーブの前記近位端に取り付けられている、前記装置。 - 前記第一の近位領域が第一のポアサイズを含み、前記第二の遠位領域が第二のポアサイズを含む、請求項7に記載の装置。
- 前記分離可能な部材要素が、生体吸収性材料及び生体消化性材料のうちの少なくとも一つを含む、請求項7に記載の装置。
- 前記生体吸収性材料がPLA/PGAを含む、請求項9に記載の装置。
- 前記分離可能な部材要素が、前記スリーブの前記第一の領域及び前記第二の領域を固着する縫合糸を含む、請求項7に記載の装置。
- 前記第一の近位領域がフルオロポリマーを含む、請求項7に記載の装置。
- 前記フルオロポリマーが延伸ポリテトラフルオロエチレンを含む、請求項12に記載の装置。
- 前記固着部材要素がニチノールを含む、請求項7に記載の装置。
- 前記第二の遠位領域がFEPを含む、請求項7に記載の装置。
- 前記固着部材要素が自己拡張ステントである、請求項7に記載の装置。
- 前記固着部材要素がバルーン拡張性ステントである、請求項7に記載の装置。
- 前記スリーブが、延伸ポリテトラフルオロエチレン被覆材料を更に含む、請求項6に記載の装置。
