Abstract
【解決手段】タイヤ1は、溝部の溝底50B2には、複数の突起部500が設けられ、突起部500は、溝部を形成する一方の側壁50B1から、一方の側壁50B1に対向する他方の側壁50B3に向けて延在し、突起部500は、溝部において、所定間隔毎に設けられ、溝部からバットレス部9まで延在し、バットレス部9に開口部60aを有する横溝部が形成され、横溝部に空気を供給する空気供給機構が設けられている。

Description
本実施形態に係るタイヤ1の概略構成について、図1及び図2を参照しながら説明する。図1は、本実施形態に係るタイヤ1のトレッドパターンの展開図である。図2は、本実施形態に係るタイヤ1のタイヤ径方向trd及びトレッド幅方向twdに沿った断面図である。
本実施形態に係る空気供給機構の概略構成について、図1から図4を参照しながら説明する。図3は、陸部ブロック100を拡大した拡大斜視図である。図4は、トレッド面視における周方向陸部70Aの平面図である。
本実施形態に係る凹部300の概略構成について、図5を参照しながら説明する。図5(a)から図5(c)は、トレッド面視における凹部300の拡大平面図である。
本実施形態に係る突起部500の概略構成について、図6から図9を参照しながら説明する。
タイヤ1によれば、周方向溝50Bの溝底50B2には、複数の突起部500が設けられ、突起部500は、周方向溝50Bを形成する一方の側壁50B1から、一方の側壁50B1に対向する他方の側壁50B3に向けて延在し、突起部500は、周方向溝50Bにおいて、所定間隔毎に設けられ、周方向溝50Bからバットレス部9まで延在し、バットレス部9に開口部60aを有するラグ溝60が形成され、ラグ溝60に空気を供給する空気供給機構(テーパ面100R)が設けられている。
本発明に係るタイヤの効果を確かめるために、以下の測定を行った。なお、本発明は、以下の実施例に限定されない。
本発明の実施形態を通じて本発明の内容を開示したが、この開示の一部をなす論述及び図面は、本発明を限定するものであると理解すべきではない。本発明はここでは記載していない様々な実施形態を含む。
上述した実施形態では、空気供給機構は、テーパ面100Rによって構成されていたが、これに限られない。
上述した実施形態では、突起部500の形状は、平板状であったが、これに限られない。突起部500の形状は、例えば、トレッド面視において波形であったり、溝中心線WL付近が太く、側壁50B1及び側壁50B3に向かうに連れて細くなる(或いはその逆)ような形状であったりしてもよい。
上述した実施形態では、周方向溝50Bは、タイヤ周方向tcdに平行に延びていたが、これに限られない。周方向溝50Bは、必ずしもタイヤ周方向tcdに平行でなくても構わない。例えば、周方向溝50Bは、タイヤ赤道線CLとなす角度が45度以下であれば、タイヤ周方向tcdと平行でなくてもよい。また、周方向溝50Bは、必ずしも直線状でなくてもよく、例えば、トレッド幅方向twdにおいて外側に向かって湾曲した形状や、ジグザグ状であっても構わない。なお、周方向溝50Bがジグザグ状の場合、周方向溝50Bを流れる空気の速度が低下しないような形状であることが好ましい。
Claims (6)
- トレッド部にタイヤ周方向に延びる溝部が形成されたタイヤであって、
前記溝部の溝底には、複数の突起部が設けられ、
前記突起部は、前記溝部を形成する一方の側壁から、前記一方の側壁と対向する他方の側壁に向けて延在し、
前記突起部は、前記溝部において所定間隔毎に設けられ、
トレッド幅方向において前記トレッド部の外側の端部であるトレッド端部からタイヤ径方向において内側に延び、かつ、サイドウォール部に連なるバットレス部を有し、
前記溝部から前記バットレス部まで延在し、前記バットレス部に開口部を有する横溝部が形成され、
前記横溝部に空気を供給する空気供給機構が設けられているタイヤ。 - 前記横溝部によって区画された陸部が設けられ、
前記陸部は、路面に当接する踏面と、トレッド幅方向における前記陸部の外側に形成される側面と、タイヤ周方向における前記横溝部の壁面を形成する横溝面とを有し、
前記陸部は、前記踏面と前記側面と前記横溝面とによって形成される角部において、前記踏面と前記側面と前記横溝面とに交わるテーパ面を有する請求項1に記載のタイヤ。 - 前記突起部の延在方向と、前記タイヤのトレッド面視において、前記溝中心線とがなす角度であって、前記タイヤの回転方向と逆側に形成される角度θfは、10度以上、かつ60度以下である請求項1又は2に記載のタイヤ。
- 前記突起部の前記溝底からの高さをHfとし、トレッド踏面から前記溝底までの前記溝部の深さをDとした場合、0.03D<Hf≦0.4Dの関係を満たす請求項1乃至3の何れか一項に記載のタイヤ。
- タイヤ外径をOD、タイヤ赤道線の位置におけるトレッド部のゴムゲージをDCとした場合に、DC/OD≧0.015を満たす請求項1乃至4の何れか一項に記載のタイヤ。
- 前記突起部は、前記一方の側壁から、前記他方の側壁まで連なる請求項1乃至5の何れか一項に記載のタイヤ。
