Abstract
【解決手段】実施形態に係るドリル駆動装置は、工具駆動機構と駆動機構固定器具とを備える。工具駆動機構は、工具を保持し、前記工具に回転動作及び前記工具の工具軸方向における送り動作を与える。駆動機構固定器具は、前記工具を通すための貫通孔を有し、ガイド用の貫通孔に着脱可能に挿入されることによって前記工具駆動機構を前記ガイド用の貫通孔が設けられた穿孔治具に固定する。

Description
また、本発明の実施形態に係るドリル駆動方法は、工具を通すための貫通孔を有する駆動機構固定器具を穿孔治具に設けられたガイド用の貫通孔に挿入することによって工具駆動機構を前記穿孔治具に固定し、前記工具駆動機構によって前記工具を保持した状態で前記工具に回転動作及び前記工具の工具軸方向における送り動作を与える。
図1は本発明の実施形態に係るドリル駆動装置の構成図である。
次にドリル駆動装置1を用いたワークWの穿孔方法について説明する。
このため、ドリル駆動装置1によれば、止めネジを用いた締付け作業を行わなくても工具駆動機構3を穿孔治具2に固定することができる。更に、穿孔治具2についても止めネジを設けることが不要となる。このため、狭いピッチで複数のガイド用の貫通孔2Cを穿孔治具2に設けることが可能となる。この結果、狭いピッチの穿孔を1回の穿孔治具2のセットで行うことが可能となる。

Claims (8)
- 工具を保持し、前記工具に回転動作及び前記工具の工具軸方向における送り動作を与える工具駆動機構と、
前記工具を通すための貫通孔を有し、ガイド用の貫通孔に着脱可能に挿入されることによって前記工具駆動機構を前記ガイド用の貫通孔が設けられた穿孔治具に固定するための駆動機構固定器具と
を備えるドリル駆動装置。 - 前記駆動機構固定器具は、前記穿孔治具に対して相対的に前記工具の回転方向と逆方向に前記工具駆動機構を回転させた場合に前記穿孔治具に固定される構造を有する請求項1記載のドリル駆動装置。
- 前記駆動機構固定器具は、前記穿孔治具に対して相対的に前記工具の回転方向と逆方向に前記工具駆動機構を回転させた場合に前記穿孔治具を挟み込む構造を有する請求項1又は2記載のドリル駆動装置。
- 前記駆動機構固定器具は、
相対的に前記工具の回転方向と逆方向に前記工具駆動機構を回転させた場合に前記穿孔治具に接触させるための面と前記工具駆動機構とを引き離す第1のガイドと、
前記第1のガイドに対して相対的に前記工具の回転方向と逆方向に前記工具駆動機構を回転させた場合に前記ガイド用の貫通孔の内部において前記ガイド用の貫通孔の直径方向に広がる第2のガイドと、
前記工具駆動機構に固定され、前記第1のガイドの前記穿孔治具に接触させるための面と前記工具駆動機構とが引き離された場合に前記第2のガイドを前記ガイド用の貫通孔の直径方向に広げるための第3のガイドと、
を有する請求項1乃至3のいずれか1項に記載のドリル駆動装置。 - 第1のガイドは、長さ方向が前記工具軸方向に傾斜する溝及び前記溝に沿って移動する突起部によって前記工具駆動機構と連結される請求項4記載のドリル駆動装置。
- 前記第3のガイドに前記第2のガイドを広げるためのテーパ部を設け、
前記駆動機構固定器具は、前記穿孔治具に対して前記テーパ部の法線方向に向かう力を付与するように構成される請求項4記載のドリル駆動装置。 - 前記第1のガイドに、前記穿孔治具に対する回転を抑止するための回り止めピン及び滑り止めの少なくとも一方を設けた請求項4記載のドリル駆動装置。
- 工具を通すための貫通孔を有する駆動機構固定器具を穿孔治具に設けられたガイド用の貫通孔に挿入することによって工具駆動機構を前記穿孔治具に固定し、前記工具駆動機構によって前記工具を保持した状態で前記工具に回転動作及び前記工具の工具軸方向における送り動作を与えるドリル駆動方法。
