Abstract
【解決手段】本発明の電池ユニットは、二次電池列15の一方側の端に配された(第1)二次電池1Aと、二次電池列の他端の端部に配された(第2)二次電池1Bとを備え、(第1)二次電池は、接続部材により他の二次電池と接続されていない(末端)正極端子13Aを有し、(第2)二次電池は、接続部材により他の二次電池と接続されていない末端負極端子14Bを有し、末端正極端子と末端負極端子は、水又は水溶液に接触しても不導体皮膜を形成しない皮膜無形成金属材料を露出した状態であり、接続部材(バスバー21)は、導電部と、導電部の表面に形成され前記導電部を水又は水溶液から離間させる皮膜層とを有する。

Claims (7)
- 複数の二次電池と、一方の二次電池の正極端子と他方の二次電池の負極端子とを接続する接続部材とを有し、該接続部材により前記複数の電池が直列に接続されて二次電池列を構成している電池ユニットであって、
二次電池列の一方側の端に配された第1二次電池と、二次電池列の他端の端部に配された第2二次電池とを備え、
前記第1二次電池は、前記接続部材により他の二次電池と接続されていない末端正極端子を有し、
前記第2二次電池は、前記接続部材により他の二次電池と接続されていない末端負極端子を有し、
前記末端正極端子と前記末端負極端子は、水又は水溶液に接触しても不導体皮膜を形成しない皮膜無形成金属材料を露出した状態であり、
前記接続部材は、導電部と、導電部の表面に形成され前記導電部を水又は水溶液から離間させる皮膜層とを有することを特徴とする電池ユニット。 - 前記末端正極端子を構成する皮膜無形成金属材料は、水素よりもイオン化傾向が大きいことを特徴とする請求項1記載の電池ユニット。
- 前記末端負極端子を構成する皮膜無形成金属材料は、水素よりもイオン化傾向が小さいことを特徴とする請求項1又は2記載の電池ユニット。
- 前記接続部材は、水又は水溶液に接触するとその表面に不導体皮膜が形成されて前記皮膜層とすることができる皮膜形成金属材料を露出した状態であり、該皮膜形成金属材料を前記導電部として有することを特徴とする請求項1〜3のいずれか一項に記載の電池ユニット。
- 前記二次電池列を構成する二次電池のうち、前記第1二次電池以外の二次電池の正極端子及び前記第2二次電池以外の二次電池の負極端子は、水又は水溶液中でその表面に不導体皮膜が形成される皮膜形成金属材料を露出した状態であることを特徴とする請求項1〜4のいずれか一項に記載の電池ユニット。
- 前記末端正極端子では、アルミからなる第1電極部と、該第1電極部の先端に鉄を含有する第2電極部とを有し、前記二次電池列を構成する他の二次電池の正極端子はアルミからなり、
前記末端負極端子は銅を含有し、前記二次電池列を構成する他の二次電池の負極端子はアルミからなり、
前記接続部材は、アルミからなる導電部を有することを特徴とする請求項1〜5のいずれか一項に記載の電池ユニット。 - 前記第1二次電池と、前記第2二次電池とは隣接して設置されていることを特徴とする請求項1〜6のいずれか一項に記載の電池ユニット。
