Abstract
【解決手段】接着処理された織物のカバー布11を形成する緯糸13に摩擦係数の低いフッ素系繊維を含ませ、このフッ素系繊維をスリットヤーンで構成することにより、伝動ベルト1の伝動面でのカバー布11の摩擦係数を低減して耐摩耗性を高め、ベルトの耐久性を向上させるとともに、ベルト走行時に接着処理液の接着成分Sが飛散しないようにした。

Claims (5)
- プーリと接触または係合して動力を伝達する伝動ベルトの伝動面の少なくとも一部を被覆する伝動ベルト用カバー布において、前記カバー布が接着処理されており、前記カバー布を形成する糸が少なくともフッ素系繊維を含み、前記フッ素系繊維が少なくとも1本のスリットヤーンで構成されていることを特徴とする伝動ベルト用カバー布。
- 前記接着処理が少なくともレゾルシン−ホルマリン−ラテックス処理を含む請求項1に記載の伝動ベルト用カバー布。
- ベルト周長方向に沿って所定間隔で配置された複数の歯部、および心線が埋設された背部を含むベルト本体と、前記複数の歯部の表面を被覆する歯布とを有する歯付ベルトにおいて、前記歯布が、ベルト周長方向に配置される緯糸とベルト幅方向に配置される経糸とで織製され、接着処理された織布であり、前記緯糸が少なくともフッ素系繊維を含み、前記フッ素系繊維が少なくとも1本のスリットヤーンで構成されていることを特徴とする歯付ベルト。
- 前記歯布が経糸と少なくとも2種類の緯糸とで織製された多重織構造とされ、前記経糸が脂肪族ポリアミド繊維とされ、前記少なくとも2種類の緯糸のうち、前記歯布の最表面側に位置する緯糸が前記フッ素系繊維とされた請求項3に記載の歯付ベルト。
- 前記接着処理が少なくともレゾルシン−ホルマリン−ラテックス処理を含む請求項3または4に記載の歯付ベルト。
