Abstract
Description
前記ソーラーパネルが、前記ソーラーパワー収集手段を搭載するユニタリーボイアント構造を含むこと、前記ソーラーパワー収集手段は、前記ボイアント構造上に特に平坦に配置されるソーラーモジュール内に組み込まれること、前記パネルは、少なくとも前記パネルの周辺領域において前記上面に垂直な方向で実質的に一定の厚さを有すること、を特徴とする前記ソーラーパネルである。
− パネル1の硬い底部を形成する支持プレート8(例えば、グラスファイバー製);
− この実施例では、例えば、ポリマー製のボイアントスラブによって構成される浮力手段9であって、前記浮力手段9の機能は、一方で、水面に対するパネルの浮力を保証することだけでなく、他方では、パネルに高い剛性度(特に、パネルの対立する曲げ及びねじり又はたわみ)をもたらす構造エレメントを構成することであるものとする、前記浮力手段9;及び
− 前述されるようなソーラーモジュール3の形態の太陽電池2の層。

Claims (17)
- 例えば、ソーラーコレクタ又は太陽電池のソーラーパワー収集手段(2〜702)と、上面とを含むソーラーパネル(1〜107)であって、
前記ソーラーパネルが、前記ソーラーパワー収集手段(2〜702)を搭載するユニタリーボイアント構造を含むこと、前記ソーラーパワー収集手段(2〜702)は、前記ボイアント構造上に特に平坦に配置されるソーラーモジュール(3〜703)内に組み込まれること、そして、前記パネル(1〜107)は、少なくとも前記パネル(1〜107)の周辺領域において前記上面に垂直な方向で実質的に一定の厚さを有すること、を特徴とする、前記ソーラーパネル。 - ソーラーパワー収集手段(2〜702)が太陽電池によって構成されることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載のソーラーパネル。
- ボイアント構造を形状付与して、上面を実質的に水平に位置づけることを特徴とする、請求項1又は2に記載のソーラーパネル。
- ボイアント構造を適合して、特に、海水又は淡水の周囲液体の水位と実質的に同一平面に上面を位置づけることを特徴とする、請求項3に記載のソーラーパネル。
- 平行四角形の一般的形状と、4m2未満の、特に、1〜2m2からなる表面積とを有することを特徴とする、請求項1〜4のいずれか一項に記載のソーラーパネル。
- 浮力手段(9,209,303,415,515,615,719)が、上面の下で均一に分布することを特徴とする、請求項1〜5のいずれか一項に記載のソーラーパネル。
- 浮力手段(9,106,209,303,415,515,615,719)が、上面の周囲で分布することを特徴とする、請求項1〜6のいずれか一項に記載のソーラーパネル。
- ボイアント構造がシャーシ(4,104,204,204’)を含み、前記シャーシにおいて、特にファイバーグラス製の少なくとも1つの支持プレート(8,208)と、特にポリマー製の少なくとも1つのボイアントスラブ(9,209)と、ソーラーパワー収集手段(2〜702)の層とが、下から上へ積み重ねられることを特徴とする、請求項1〜7のいずれか一項に記載のソーラーパネル。
- パネル(1,201)の周囲に位置している衝撃吸収フェンダーであって、特に、ボイアントであり、そして、ポリウレタン製の前記衝撃吸収フェンダーを含むことを特徴とする、請求項1〜8のいずれか一項に記載のソーラーパネル。
- 同じタイプの複数のソーラーパネルを一緒に固定することを可能にするアタッチメント手段(10〜710)を含むことを特徴とする、請求項1〜9のいずれか一項に記載のソーラーパネル。
- 太陽電池を電気的に接続することを可能にする、少なくとも1つの防水電気コネクタ(11〜711)を含むことを特徴とする、請求項2〜10のいずれか一項に記載のソーラーパネル。
- 請求項1〜11のいずれか一項に記載の複数のソーラーパネル(1〜701)のアセンブリを含むことを特徴とするソーラーパワープラントであって、ここで、個々のボイアントパネルを並置して、特に、四角形又は長方形の一般的形状を有するネットを形成するものとする、前記ソーラーパワープラント。
- パネル(1〜701)が、それらのシャーシ(4,104,204,304)又は支持プレート(618,718)あるいはそれらのフェンダー(106,206)を接続するコード、ケーブル又はストラップのシステムによって、相互に直接固定されることを特徴とする、請求項12に記載のソーラーパワープラント。

- 光起電性タイプのソーラーパネル(1〜701)から適当な伝導手段によって届く電力を変換するための静電変換器を、少なくとも1つの周囲保持手段(20)が組み込むこと、そして、前記変換器が、ソーラーパワープラントから離れた電気ネットワークへ電力を伝達すること、を特徴とする、請求項15又は16に記載のソーラーパワープラント。
