Claims (4)
- 少なくとも内管(2)、外管(3)およびそれらの間に位置する空間(4)を備える、管状熱電モジュール(1)であって、円周方向において交互に配置される複数のnドープおよびpドープ半導体素子(5)により各々形成される少なくとも複数の環(6)が、前記空間(4)において前記熱電モジュール(1)の軸方向(10)において連続して配置され、さらに、1つの環(6)の前記半導体素子(5)の内側(7)または外側(8)において、導電性の第1の接続部(9)が、円周方向(12)においてのみ延び、反対の外側(8)または内側(7)において、少なくとも1つの導電性の第2の接続部(16)が、前記環(6)の半導体素子(5)を隣接する環(6)の半導体素子(5)に導電的に接続し、前記熱電モジュール(1)の軸方向(10)に少なくとも延びる、熱電モジュール(1)。
- 各場合においてnドープまたはpドープ半導体素子(5)が、軸方向(10)において円周座標(11)に配置される、請求項1に記載の熱電モジュール(1)。
- 各環(6)において、偶数の半導体素子(5)が前記空間(4)において円周方向(12)に連続して配置され、少なくとも4つの半導体素子(5)が設けられる、請求項1または2に記載の熱電モジュール(1)。
- 少なくとも以下の工程:
a)内管(2)を設ける工程と、
b)外管(3)を設ける工程と、
c)前記内管(2)と前記外管(3)との間に半導体素子(5)を配置する工程であって、前記半導体素子(5)は軸方向(10)において長さ(13)を有する、工程と、
d)内管(2)、外管(3)および半導体素子(5)を接続する工程と、
e)少なくとも外管(3)および半導体素子(5)内に少なくとも1つの分離位置(14)を導入する工程であって、前記半導体素子(5)の長さ(13)が少なくとも2つの部分(15)に細分される、工程と、
を含む、熱電モジュール(1)を製造する方法。
