Abstract
Description
リン酸塩セラミックは、十分な量で固体成分と液状成分とからメーカー指示にしたがい混合する。
前記部材の第1層を形成する。そのために、第1繊維マットを相応に裁断し、型に入れ、そしてリン酸塩セラミックを含浸する。含浸とは、多量のリン酸塩セラミックが塗布され繊維マット中に入れられるため、前記マットが完全にリン酸塩セラミックに囲まれていることを意味する;つまり、リン酸塩セラミックは、前記型も完全に湿潤させる。
次に、裁断した第2繊維マットを、第1の、まだ湿潤している(硬化していない)層の上に置き、リン酸塩セラミックで湿潤させて第2層を形成する(ウェット・オン・ウェット)。湿潤とは、ここでは、第2繊維マットの大部分がリン酸塩セラミックで囲まれているが、しかし完全には囲まれていないことを意味する。特に、第2層の製造後に形成された表面は、完全に平滑ではない。
引き続き、第2層の硬化が始まるまで待機する。
第2層の硬化が始まったらすぐに、多数のレイヤー(Lage)からなる第3層を形成し、その際前記レイヤーのそれぞれに第3繊維マットをのせ、リン酸塩セラミックを含浸させる。これは、レイヤーとして第2層の部分硬化(anhaerten)した表面に裁断した第3繊維マットを置いて、リン酸塩セラミックを含浸させ、次に前記レイヤーの湿潤している表面にさらなるレイヤーを同じ方法でそのつど設けること(ウェット・オン・ウェット)を意味する。
最後に、前記部材を硬化後に前記型から取り出す。
Claims (10)
- 少なくともB−15級の要求を満たす耐火部材(1)であって、該部材がリン酸塩セラミックから、ならびに繊維(7、8、9)から多層で作り出されていること、および該部材(1)の層構造が、可能性のある熱源に向けられた該構造の表面に少なくとも1つの層(4)を含み、該層がその下に、つまり前記熱源からより離れて、配置された層(5)と部分的にのみ接合されていること、を特徴とする前記部材。
- 前記繊維(7、8、9)が、ガラスステープルファイバーからのランダム不織布−繊維マットの形状で配置されていることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の部材。
- 前記部材が3層で形成されていて、前記層の第1層(3)はリン酸塩セラミックを含浸させた第1繊維マット(7)から形成され、前記層の第2層(4)はリン酸塩セラミックで湿潤させた第2繊維マット(8)から形成され、前記層の第3層(5)はリン酸塩セラミックを含浸させた多数の第3繊維マット(9)から形成されていることを特徴とする、請求項1または2に記載の部材。
- 第1繊維マット(7)が200〜400g/m2の基本重量を、第2繊維マット(8)が350〜550g/m2の基本重量を、および第3繊維マット(9)が350〜700g/m2の基本重量を有していることを特徴とする、請求項3に記載の部材。
- 前記部材が追加的に装飾層(2)を有していることを特徴とする、請求項1から4までのいずれか1項に記載の部材。
- 前記部材が、前記熱源に向けられた開口部を有している導通路を含んでいることを特徴とする、請求項1から5までのいずれか1項に記載の部材。
- 少なくともB−15級の要求を満たす耐火部材の製造方法において、記載された順序で以下の工程:
・好適な型を準備する工程;
・固体成分と液状成分とからのリン酸塩セラミックを混合する工程;
・第1繊維マット(7)を前記型に入れること、および第1繊維マット(3)にリン酸塩セラミックを含浸することにより第1層(3)を形成する工程;
・第2繊維マット(8)を湿潤している第1層(3)の上に置き、第2繊維マット(8)をリン酸塩セラミックで湿潤させて第2層(4)を形成する工程;
・第2層(4)が硬化し始めるまで待機する工程;
・第2層(4)の硬化の開始に際して:多数のレイヤーからなる第3層(5)を形成し、その際該レイヤーのそれぞれに第3繊維マット(9)を置き、リン酸塩セラミックを含浸する工程;
・硬化した部材(1)を前記型から取り外す工程、
を含むことを特徴とする前記方法。 - 少なくともB−15級の要求を満たす耐火部材の製造方法において、記載された順序で以下の工程:
・好適な型を準備する工程;
・固体成分と液状成分とからのリン酸塩セラミックを混合する工程;
・多数のレイヤーから前記型において第3層(5)を形成し、その際該レイヤーのそれぞれに第3繊維マット(9)を置き、リン酸塩セラミックを含浸する工程;
・第3層(5)が硬化し始めるまで待機する工程;
・第3層(5)の硬化の開始に際して:第2繊維マット(8)を第3層(5)の上に置き、第2繊維マット(8)をリン酸塩セラミックで湿潤させて第2層(4)を形成する工程;
・第1繊維マット(7)を置くこと、および第1繊維マット(7)にリン酸塩セラミックを含浸することにより第1層(3)を形成する工程;
・硬化した部材(1)を前記型から取り出す工程、
を含むことを特徴する前記方法。 - 第1層の形成前もしくは形成後に装飾層(2)を形成することを特徴とする、請求項7または8に記載の方法。
- 前記型にゲルコート(10)を塗布し、該ゲルコートの硬化後に繊維不織布(11)をゲルコート(10)の上に置き、難燃性ポリエステル樹脂を含浸し、含浸させた繊維不織布に第4繊維マット(12)を置き、ポリエステル樹脂を含浸し、含浸させた第4繊維マット(12)の上に剥離織布をわずかな圧力で押し付け、前記ポリエステル樹脂の硬化後に前記剥離織布を取り除き、引き続き第1層(3)を形成し、該作成を記載された順序もしくは逆の順序で実施することを特徴とする、請求項9に記載の方法。
