Description
a.ラチェット機構が作動状態にあり、可変長さ部材が一方向における長さを変更する(延伸または短縮する)ことが可能である。
b.ラチェット機構が非作動状態にあり、可変長さ部材が延伸方向および短縮方向に対する逆の方向に移動することが可能である。
c.可変長さ部材の長さが固定されるロック位置。
Claims (13)
- 一方向における可変長さ部材の長さの変更を可能にし、逆の方向における前記可変長さ部材の長さの変更を防止する、作動構成を有するラチェット機構を備える可変長さ部材であって、2つ以上の枢動軸を中心とする前記装着部材の枢動が可能な、骨に装着するための多軸関節装着部材を備える、可変長さ部材
を備える、ラチェット式脊椎デバイス。 - 前記ラチェット機構は、前記可変長さ部材が定位置にロックされる別の作動構成を有する、請求項1に記載のラチェット式脊椎デバイス。
- 前記ラチェット機構は、前記可変長さ部材が前記方向のいずれにおいても長さを自在に変更し得るように、前記ラチェット機構が中立化される、別の作動構成を有する、請求項1に記載のラチェット式脊椎デバイス。
- 前記ラチェット機構は、前記可変長さ部材が定位置にロックされる別の作動構成と、前記可変長さ部材が前記方向のいずれにおいても長さを自在に変更し得るように、前記ラチェット機構が中立化される、さらに別の作動構成とを有する、ラチェット式脊椎デバイスであって、前記作動構成の中の1つの選択を制御する制御装置をさらに備える、請求項1に記載のラチェット式脊椎デバイス。
- 前記制御装置は、前記ラチェット機構の爪を、前記ラチェット機構の歯との間において作動整列状態へとまたは非作動整列状態へと選択的に移動させ、ロック要素を、前記可変長さ部材との間においてロック係合状態へとおよびロック係合解除状態へと選択的に移動させる、請求項4に記載のラチェット式脊椎デバイス。
- 前記爪およびロック要素は、前記制御装置により回転されるスピンドルの上に取り付けられる、請求項5に記載のラチェット式脊椎デバイス。
- 前記爪およびロック要素は、前記制御装置により回転される偏心機構の上に取り付けられる、請求項5に記載のラチェット式脊椎デバイス。
- 前記多軸関節装着部材の中の1つが、前記可変長さ部材の端部にまたは端部付近に配置される、請求項1に記載のラチェット式脊椎デバイス。
- 前記可変長さ部材に対して付勢力を印加するように作動する付勢デバイスをさらに備える、請求項1に記載のラチェット式脊椎デバイス。
- 前記可変長さ部材は、異なる剛性を有する2つの部分を備える、請求項1に記載のラチェット式脊椎デバイス。
- 前記多軸関節装着部材の中の少なくとも1つが、玉継手を備える、請求項1に記載のラチェット式脊椎デバイス。
- 前記多軸関節装着部材の中の少なくとも1つが、フックを備える、請求項1に記載のラチェット式脊椎デバイス。
- 前記ラチェット機構は、歯無しである、請求項1に記載のラチェット式脊椎デバイス。
