Claims (8)
- 施術対象の長骨の成長板内側に対応する骨幹端を貫通するように植立される第1植立バーと、
成長板外側の骨端を貫通するように植立される第2植立バーと、
施術対象の前記長骨の外面に隣接するように配置され、施術対象の前記長骨を覆い包む皮膚組織内部に設置されるが、前記第1植立バーと前記第2植立バーとの間隔増大を介して、成長板が引っ張られるように、前記第1植立バー及び第2植立バーの各々の端部間で伸張する刺激伸張手段と、を含む骨成長促進用インプラント装置。 - 前記第1植立バーの両端部は、前記長骨の両側部に露出されるように具備され、
前記第2植立バーの両端部は、前記長骨の両側部に露出されるように具備されることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の骨成長促進用インプラント装置。 - 前記刺激伸張手段は、前記第1植立バーの一端部と、前記第2植立バーの一端部との間と、前記第1植立バーの他端部と、前記第2植立バーの他端部との間と、にそれぞれ配置される1対で具備されることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の骨成長促進用インプラント装置。
- 前記刺激伸張手段は、
前記第1植立バー及び前記第2植立バーのうち、一側端部に結合される内部ロッドと、
前記第1植立バー及び前記第2植立バーのうち、他側端部に結合されるが、内部に、前記内部ロッドが挿入される中空型の外部ロッドと、
前記内部ロッドが前記外部ロッドから引き出されるように、前記内部ロッド及び外部ロッドの各々の間を弾発支持する弾性部材と、を含むことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の骨成長促進用インプラント装置。 - 前記内部ロッドの外周には、上部が傾いた鋸歯突起が多段に突設され、
前記外部ロッドの内周には、前記内部ロッドが一方向スライドされるように、上部が傾いた鋸歯溝が形成されることを特徴とする請求項4に記載の骨成長促進用インプラント装置。 - 前記弾性部材は、既設定の第1温度以上で伸張され、既設定の第2温度以下で縮小される形状記憶合金材質のコイルスプリングによって具備され、
伸張時、鋸歯突起の下部の係止め面を弾発加圧するが、縮小時、前記鋸歯突起の上部の傾斜面に沿ってスライドされるように、前記内部ロッドの外周に装着されることを特徴とする請求項4に記載の骨成長促進用インプラント装置。 - 前記刺激伸張手段は、
前記第1植立バーと前記第2植立バーの各々の一端部間に配置される第1伸張ロッド部と、前記第1植立バーと前記第2植立バーの各々の他端部間に配置される第2伸張ロッド部と、を含み、
前記第1伸張ロッド部及び第2伸張ロッド部の各々は、既設定の第1温度以上で曲率が低下するように変態される形状記憶合金材質のラウンドされたバー形状に具備されることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の骨成長促進用インプラント装置。 - 前記第1伸張ロッド部及び前記第2伸張ロッド部は、
前記第1温度以上で低下するそれぞれの曲率変化量が、前記長骨の反り方向に対応して相互異なるように設定されることを特徴とする請求項7に記載の骨成長促進用インプラント装置。
