- the lower hinge portion 231a may be coupled to the buccal tube portion of the second mounting bar 220 through the binding hole 231b formed therein.
- the outer rod 231 may be provided in a hollow shape, and the inner rod 232 may be inserted into the outer rod 231.
- the outer rod 231 is provided in the form of an open bottom, the inner rod 232 is inserted through the open lower portion may be drawn out.
- the lower hinge portion 231a is provided to be attached to and detached from the outer rod 231, and the upper rod of the lower hinge portion 231a is formed with a tooth protrusion having the same shape as the inner rod 232 and the outer rod. 231 may be fastened to a lower opening of 231.
- a communication hole is formed in the lower hinge portion 231a so that the hollow internal pressure of the outer rod 231 is not reduced when the inner rod 232 is pulled out.
- outer rod 231 and the inner rod 232 is preferably provided with an alloy or a synthetic resin material having a predetermined elastic force without a reaction to the human body.
- the tooth projection 232c and the tooth groove 231c is formed in multiple stages along the longitudinal direction of each rod.
- the elastic member 233 is preferably provided on the outer circumference of the inner rod 232 is provided with a coil spring made of a shape memory alloy material that extends above a predetermined first temperature and is reduced below a predetermined second temperature.
- the elastic member 233 is preferably provided with a two-way shape memory alloy that is stored in both the shape of the austenite state and the shape of the martensite state, the shape is changed according to heating and cooling.
- the first temperature is preferably set to around 36.5 degrees similar to the body temperature
- the second temperature is preferably set to a temperature less than the first temperature that does not naturally occur in the body.
- the elastic member 233 is preferably set to a small value corresponding to the height of one to two tooth projections (232c) in the longitudinal interval during expansion and contraction.
- the elastic member 233 is mounted so that the lower end is seated on the upper end of the outer rod 231, the upper end is caught on the lower teeth (232c) of the inner rod 232.
- the elastic member 233 is installed in the body in a cooled and reduced state, is heated and extended by the body temperature.

- the elastic member 233 As such, as the elastic member 233 is cooled and heated, the upper end of the elastic member 233 slides down along the inclined surface of the top of the tooth protrusion 232c, so that the locking surface of the lower portion of the tooth protrusion 232c is pressurized upward. The process can be repeated.
- the magnetic pole extension means 230 may be continuously extended so that a certain amount of magnetic poles are repeatedly applied to the growth plate 5.
- growth of 1 to 2 cm was possible with a device installed once.
- the bone growth promoting implant device 100 may be used for a long time when the growth of the wide range of long bones 1 corresponding to the overlapped lengths of the inner rod 232 and the outer rod 231 is completed once installed. Can improve the efficiency of the product.
- the magnetic pole extension means 230 may be disposed between the one end and the other end of the implantation bar (210, 220), respectively, the elastic members of each of the magnetic pole extension means 230 is to be provided to have a different rate of change Can be.
- the length at which one magnetic pole extension means and the other magnetic pole extension means may be set differently.
- the rate of change of each elastic member is set in correspondence with the bending direction of the long bone, the long bone can be corrected by setting the rate of change of the elastic member arranged on the side of the long bone is bent compared to the other side.
- each magnetic pole extension means is preferably hinged to be rotated in the lateral direction to the end of each of the implantation bar.
- the present invention can be applied to the industry of the implant device for promoting bone growth by providing an implant device for promoting bone growth.
