本实用新型为一种股骨近端假体周围骨折内固定器,属于医疗器械领域。由钢板部,环抱器部等组成。其特征在于:钢板部分含有1~2个普通螺钉孔及2~8个锁定螺钉孔,用于固定骨折远端部分;环抱器部包括主体及3~6对环抱圈臂,环抱臂直径与股骨近段周径相匹配,用于固定股骨近段骨折块,远、近端环抱圈臂上有锯齿状物凸向凹侧可加固固定;钢板部与环抱器主体相连接,钢板部与环抱器主体厚度约5mm,宽度约2cm。本实用新型材料上采用具有温度记忆功能钛镍记忆合金,它具有良好的组织相容性,适应于全髋人工关节置换术后或人工股骨头置换术后又出现股骨部假体周围骨折者。

技术领域
本实用新型涉及一种医用器械,是一种股骨近端假体周围骨折固定器。
技术背景
人工全髋关节置换术后或人工股骨头置换术后,因外伤又出现股骨假体周围骨折,因股骨柄假体植于股骨髓腔内占位,无法行髓内钉固定,若行钢板外固定,股骨近段螺钉不能达到对侧皮质,仅能行单皮质固定,固定不牢固,关节置换术后病人往往合并骨质疏松,若行单皮质固定,则更不牢固。近几年,有选择环抱器来固定股骨近端假体周围骨折的,固定有效,是一种比较不错的固定方式,但应用环抱器需要广泛剥离骨折两断端骨折块周围的肌肉及骨膜,才能植入,因剥离广泛,骨块血运破坏较大,不利于骨折愈合。本实用新型把环抱器与锁定钢板结合起来,仅仅剥离近端骨块的骨膜,远端骨块采用锁定钢板固定,且螺钉能够达到对侧骨皮质,固定牢固。减少了远端骨块骨膜剥离,相对来说减少了骨折远端骨块的血供破坏。
发明内容
本实用新型提供一种股骨近端假体周围骨折内固定器,材料上采用具有温度记忆功能的钛镍合金。
本实用新型所提供的技术方案是一种股骨近端假体周围骨折内固定器,属于医疗器械领域。由钢板部,环抱器部等组成。其特征在于:钢板部分含有1~2个普通螺钉孔及2~8个锁定螺钉孔,用于固定骨折远端部分(不含股骨假体);环抱器部包括主体及3~6对环抱圈臂,环抱臂直径与股骨近段周径相匹配,用于固定股骨近段含有假体的骨折块,远、近端环抱圈臂上有锯齿状物凸向凹侧可加固固定;钢板部与环抱器主体相连接,钢板部与环抱器主体厚度约5mm,宽度约2cm。本实用新型材料上采用具有温度记忆功能钛镍记忆合金,它具有良好的组织相容性,适应于全髋人工关节置换术后或人工股骨头置换术后又出现股骨部假体周围骨折者。
使用时,根据股骨骨折情况选择大小合适的该实用新型,首先将骨折进行复位,然后用冰盐水将该内植物浸泡后,撑开器撑开各个环抱圈臂,首先将钢板部置于远端骨折块外侧,再将各环抱圈臂分别卡入到近段股骨前、后方,调整使其与股骨贴服,先在钢板部拧入1~2枚普通螺钉,使本实用新型与股骨良好贴服,待环抱器部及钢板部均与股骨贴服良好后,用无菌热盐水(40°~50°)覆以该实用新型,使各环抱臂紧缩,牢固固定近端骨块。然后根据需要再拧入剩余锁钉固定远端骨块。
技术效果
本实用新型的技术效果是把环抱器与锁定钢板结合起来,仅剥离近端骨块的骨膜,远端骨块采用锁定钢板固定,减少了骨膜剥离及环抱圈占位效应,减少了远端骨折块的血供破坏,且增加了固定强度。有利于骨折愈合及康复。

下面结合附图和实施案例,对本发明进一步说明。
如图所示,该实用新型由钢板部5,环抱器部7组成,其中钢板部含有普通螺钉孔3及锁定螺钉孔4;环抱器部由主体6及环抱圈1,2等组成。钢板部含普通螺钉孔1~2个,锁定孔2~8个,内有螺纹;环抱器部有3~6对环抱圈臂,最远端与最近端环抱圈臂上有锯齿状物凸向凹侧;环抱器主体6与钢板部相连接,其厚度约5mm,宽度约2cm。
使用时,根据股骨假体周围骨折情况选择大小合适的该实用新型,特别是要注意股骨近端前后径。首先将骨折进行复位,然后用冰盐水将该内植物浸泡后,撑开器撑开各个环抱圈臂1、2等,首先将钢板部5置于股骨骨折远端外侧,将各环抱圈臂分别卡入到近段股骨前、后方,将环抱器主体6卡到近端股骨外侧壁,调整使其贴服,待各个环抱臂及主体与股骨贴服良好后,首先通过普通螺钉孔3拧入1~2个普通螺钉,以保证钢板部及环抱器部均与股骨贴服良好,然后用热盐水(40°~50°)覆以该实用新型,使各环抱臂1、2等紧缩,然后根据需要通过锁定螺钉孔4拧入3~6枚锁钉固定。环抱器部7固定近端骨折块,钢板部5固定远端骨折块。
