Abstract
dispositivo espinhal com catraca. trata-se de um dispositivo espinhal com catraca que inclui um menbro de comprimento variável que inclui um mecanismo de catraca que tem uma configuração operacional que permite uma alteração em comprimento do menbro de comprimenrto variável em uma direção e impede uma alteração em comprimento do menbro de comprimento variável em uma direção oposta, em que o menbro de compromento variável inclui menbros de fixação de junta poliaxial para fixação ao osso, o que permite o movimento de articulação dos menbros de fixação sobre mais de um eixo de articulação.
