Abstract
Description
1.実際の使用条件においては、沸騰する混合物の不均一分布が、管内のライデンフロスト効果、ならびに、最終的には、管壁の局部的な過熱によって、腐食、およびわずかの持続時間をもたらす。この問題は、気化装置が自然循環を行うか強制循環を行うかとは無関係である。
2.熱運搬媒体として熱媒油を用いた実施には問題がある。一方では、不均一分布と、管壁および油の過熱とを回避することができず、他方では、環境の視点から、合成装置が槽の中に配置されなければならない。
3.熱放出のための分離型熱運搬循環の効率は、直接気化装置よりも常に悪い。
4.従来の技術では、製品ガスであるHClは、約1000℃以上に冷却されるだけであるので、不十分な熱放出が際立っている。これによって、価値の高いエネルギーが、利用されないままになる。
Claims (12)
- 塩素と水素から、または、塩素と炭化水素から、熱回収を一体化して、塩化水素を合成する方法を実行する装置であって、廃熱ボイラーの原理に従って作動する大水室ボイラーの蒸気ドラムに、燃焼室および熱交換器が配置されていることを特徴とする装置。
- 上記大水室ボイラーは、炎管、または燃焼室、転換室、および、ボイラー本体に取り付けられた、後に接続された円筒多管式熱交換器から成ることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の装置。
- 上記燃焼室および熱交換器が金属材料から成ることを特徴とする、請求項1または2に記載の装置。
- 上記燃焼室および熱交換器が鋼から成ることを特徴とする、請求項1ないし3のいずれか1項に記載の装置。
- 上記炎管の出口穴に、HCl合成燃焼装置が組み込まれていることを特徴とする、請求項2に記載の装置。
- 上記燃焼室が、腐食に対し、シラザンベースのコーティングで保護されていることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の装置。
- 腐食を阻止するために、蒸気が、加熱またはガス燃焼のために用いられることを特徴とする、請求項1ないし6のいずれか1項に記載の装置。
- HCl製品ガスは、300−400℃、好ましくは200−300℃、特に好ましくは250−280℃に冷却されることを特徴とする、請求項1ないし7のいずれか1項に記載の装置。
- 上記燃焼室、熱交換器および蒸気ドラムが、偏心して配置されていることを特徴とする、請求項1ないし8のいずれか1項に記載の装置。
- 上記炎管が波形であることを特徴とする、請求項1ないし9のいずれか1項に記載の装置。
- 上記炎管の炎方向が、下から上におよび上から下に操作できることを特徴とする、請求項1ないし10のいずれか1項に記載の装置。
- 上記燃焼室に、改変された腐食測定センサーが取り付けられていることを特徴とする、請求項1ないし11のいずれか1項に記載の装置。
