Abstract
Description
互いに異なる総繊度を有するコードの比較のためには、疲労挙動を評価のために、同一の撚係数(Tf=撚係数;繊度を基準としたコードの撚り)を選択することが望ましい。撚係数Tfの定義は、
PRS[%]=(残留強度/基準試料の強度)*100
高い強度と同時に比較的高い個別フィラメント繊度を有する本発明に係るマルチフィラメント糸を製造するために、ノズル孔の個数が減じられ、かつノズル孔直径が適合される。この場合、噴射速度は、比較的高い質量流量にもかかわらず、同一の総質量流量において2.0dtexの個別フィラメント繊度のフィラメント糸を製造する方法の噴射速度と同等であるようにされる。沈殿プロセスは、拡散により確定されるので、経済的な製造プロセスのための個別フィラメント繊度は、8dtexまでの上限を有している。
Claims (8)
- セルロース系のマルチフィラメント糸を含む、特にタイヤを補強するコードであって、
前記セルロース系のマルチフィラメント糸は、少なくとも35cN/texの強度を有し、かつ前記セルロース系のマルチフィラメント糸の個別のフィラメントは、少なくとも2.3dtexの繊度を有することを特徴とする、コード。 - 前記セルロース系のマルチフィラメント糸の個別フィラメントは、少なくとも2.7dtex、有利には少なくとも3.2dtex、さらに有利には少なくとも4.0dtexの繊度を有する、請求項1記載のコード。
- 前記セルロース系のマルチフィラメント糸は、少なくとも40cN/tex、有利には45cN/tex、さらに有利には少なくとも50cN/texの強度を有する、請求項1または2記載のコード。
- Tf=185の撚係数を有するコード構造は、−20%の圧縮調節/+2%の伸張調節および855000サイクル数でASTM D6588規格に従って実施され評価されるディスク疲労試験において、同一の撚係数および≦2.0dtexの個別フィラメント繊度の場合より少なくとも1.1倍だけ高い耐疲労性を有する、請求項1から3までのいずれか1項記載のコード。
- 前記セルロース系のマルチフィラメント糸は、再生法により得られている、請求項1から4までのいずれか1項記載のコード。
- 前記セルロース系のマルチフィラメント糸は、レイヨンである、請求項5記載のコード。
- 前記セルロース系のマルチフィラメント糸は、直接溶解法により得られている、請求項1から4までのいずれか1項記載のコード。
- 前記セルロース系のマルチフィラメント糸は、第3アミンオキシド、特にN−メチルモルホリン−N−オキシド(NMMO)、またはイオン液体中での直接溶解法により得られている、請求項7記載のコード。
