Claims (11)
- 下部ケース及び前記下部ケースの上部に結合される上部ケースからなるケース本体;
前記下部ケースの内部に温水を貯蔵するための一定体積の内部空間、前記内部空間に温水が流入/流出できるように流入口及び流出口が備えられた温水タンク;
前記温水タンクの上部に結合され、上部に前記温水タンクの内部に水を給水するための給水通路が備えられた温水タンク蓋;
前記下部ケースの内部に、前記温水タンクと連結されて温水タンク内部の水を加熱するヒーター、加熱された温水を循環させるための循環ポンプ、及び前記ヒーターと循環ポンプの動作を制御する制御部;を含み、
前記温水タンク蓋には、下部に前記給水通路を通って給水される水に含有された異物を濾過するイオン樹脂フィルターが取り付けられることを特徴とする温水マット用温水ボイラー。 - 前記温水タンク蓋の上面には、前記給水通路の内側に横方向に延びて一定高さに突出したオーバーフロー防止段差が設けられることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の温水マット用温水ボイラー。
- 前記イオン樹脂フィルターが、内部にイオン交換樹脂が充填されたスクリーンフィルターからなることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の温水マット用温水ボイラー。
- 前記イオン樹脂フィルターが、前記温水タンク蓋から着脱できることを特徴とする請求項3に記載の温水マット用温水ボイラー。
- 前記温水タンク内部に水が満たされたとき、前記イオン樹脂フィルターの一部または全部が水に沈むことを特徴とする請求項4に記載の温水マット用温水ボイラー。
- 前記イオン樹脂フィルターの内部に蓄熱物質がさらに充填されることを特徴とする請求項5に記載の温水マット用温水ボイラー。
- 前記制御部がヒーターの機能を停止し、常温ないし低温の水を循環ポンプを介して循環させて夏季用冷房マットとして使用可能であることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の温水マット用温水ボイラー。
- 前記制御部が、温水タンクの内部に貯蔵された水の温度を下げる冷却手段をさらに含むことを特徴とする請求項7に記載の温水マット用温水ボイラー。
- 前記制御部が、水位センサー、温度センサー、タイマー、勾配センサー、温度調節器、警報ブザーをさらに含むことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の温水マット用温水ボイラー。
- 前記タイマー、勾配センサー、温度調節器が機械式であることを特徴とする請求項9に記載の温水マット用温水ボイラー。
- 前記タイマーのタイマー時間を0ないし12時間に設定可能であることを特徴とする請求項10に記載の温水マット用温水ボイラー。
