Abstract
Description
Claims (8)
- 過給装置の圧力側(12)と吸込側(14)との間のバイパス通路(8)内に配置された、ケーシング(16)を有する、内燃機関用のブローオフバルブ(1)であって、
ばね力によって閉鎖方向に予負荷された、ニューマチック式に操作可能な第1の弁閉鎖体(10)を有するバイパス弁(2)と、
常に開かれている補償開口(36)を介して前記バイパス弁(2)の閉鎖状態で前記圧力側(12)に接続されている制御圧室(24)と、
コイル体(20)と、帰路ヨーク装置(22)と、同じく閉鎖方向に予負荷された可動子(23)と、該可動子(23)と協働する、少なくとも1つの制御開口(38)用の第2の弁閉鎖体(26)とを有する電磁弁(4)とを備え、
前記電磁弁(4)に給電することにより、前記バイパス弁(2)の開放過程中、前記過給装置の前記圧力側(12)と前記吸込側(14)又は大気との間の流体接続が前記制御圧室(24)を介して形成される、内燃機関用のブローオフバルブにおいて、
前記第1の弁閉鎖体(10)用の第1のばね部材(18)と、前記第2の弁閉鎖体(26)用の第2のばね部材(27)とが設けられており、
前記制御開口(38)の横断面全体は、前記バイパス弁(2)が完全に開かれた状態で前記制御圧室(24)を介して前記過給装置の前記圧力側(12)と前記吸込側(14)との間の流体接続が少なくとも所定の時間生じるように、前記補償開口(36)の横断面よりも大きくされており、
前記流体接続の閉鎖により、閉鎖方向の合力が生じることを特徴とする、内燃機関用のブローオフバルブ。 - 前記コイル体(20)は、前記制御開口(38)を有する、請求項1記載のブローオフバルブ。
- 前記第2のばね部材(27)は、前記帰路ヨーク装置(22)に支持されている、請求項1又は2記載のブローオフバルブ。
- 前記可動子(23)は、実質的に片側で開放する円筒体として形成されていて、この円筒体の底面(25)には第2の弁閉鎖体(26)が形成されている、請求項1から3までのいずれか1項記載のブローオフバルブ。
- 前記電磁弁ケーシング(28)には、前記ケーシング(16)にシールされて配置されている固定部材(30)が設けられている、請求項1から4までのいずれか1項記載のブローオフバルブ。
- 前記電磁弁ケーシング(28)は、前記固定部材(30)によってクランプ結合されている、請求項5記載のブローオフバルブ。
- 前記第1のばね部材(18)は、前記固定部材(30)に支持されている、請求項5又は6記載のブローオフバルブ。
- 前記ケーシング(16)は、前記電磁弁ケーシング(28)を軸方向で位置固定する閉鎖部材(42)を有する、請求項5から7までのいずれか1項記載のブローオフバルブ。
