カソード側については、特許文献3においても同様に、圧力差によって水の再循環が達成されるというコンセプトが説明されている。
Claims (10)
- 燃料電池(2)のアノード領域(3)を、及び/又は前記燃料電池(2)の前記アノード領域(3)に流れる気体流を、加湿するための装置であり、前記アノード領域(3)からの排出ガス流内に水分離器(8)を備え、かつ前記アノード領域(3)に、及び/又は前記アノード領域(3)に流れる前記気体流に、水の少なくとも一部を供給するために形成された加湿装置(11)を備え、前記水分離器(8)と前記加湿装置(11)とがラインエレメント(10)によって接続されている装置であって、
前記アノード領域(3)と前記水分離器(8)との間にチェックバルブ(12)が設けられ、該チェックバルブは前記水分離器(8)の方向への通過が可能であり、前記水分離器(8)の加圧のための手段が設けられ、該手段によって、前記水分離器(8)部分の圧力が少なくとも一時的に前記加湿装置(11)部分の圧力を上回るように、前記水分離器(8)部分の圧力を上昇させることができ、前記加圧が気体を用いて行われることを特徴とする、装置。 - 前記気体が水素を有していることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の装置。
- 前記気体が、前記アノード領域(3)からの前記排出ガス流であることを特徴とする、請求項1又は2に記載の装置。
- 前記気体が、圧縮ガスタンク(6)からの気体であることを特徴とする、請求項1又は2に記載の装置。
- 前記加圧が少なくとも作動圧力に関する前記燃料電池(2)の動的作動によって行われ、そのために前記水分離器(8)と前記加湿装置(11)との間にチェックバルブ(15)が配置されており、該チェックバルブは前記加湿装置(11)の方向に通過可能であることを特徴とする、請求項1、2又は3のうちいずれか一項に記載の装置。
- 前記加湿装置(11)部分に前記水を飛散及び/又は気化させる手段が設けられていることを特徴とする、請求項1〜5のうちいずれか一項に記載の装置。
- 前記加湿装置(11)部分に、水蒸気を通す少なくとも1つの膜(18)が配置されており、該膜の一方の側が前記水と接触し、他方の側が前記アノード領域(3)に流れる前記気体と接触していることを特徴とする、請求項6に記載の装置。
- 前記加湿装置(11)が、前記アノード領域(3)の中に、及び/又は前記アノード領域(3)に流れる前記気体流の中に前記水を注入するノズル手段(20)を有していることを特徴とする、請求項6又は7に記載の装置。
- 前記加湿装置(11)及び/又は前記アノード領域(3)が、前記アノード領域(3)へ流れる前記気体流への前記水の移行を改善するための表面部分(22)を有していることを特徴とする、請求項1〜8のうちいずれか一項に記載の装置。
- 前記表面部分(22)が、加熱された状態で形成されていることを特徴とする、請求項9に記載の装置。
