Claims (8)
- 燃料電池システムであって、
カソード側部及びアノード側部を備える燃料電池スタックと、
圧縮された空気流れを前記燃料電池スタックの前記カソード側部に提供するコンプレッサと、
前記コンプレッサから前記空気流れを受け取り、カソードの前記空気流れを加湿する、カソード側加湿手段と、
表面活性剤を前記カソード側加湿手段に提供するための表面活性剤源であって、該表面活性剤は、該表面活性剤が前記スタックの前記カソード側部上の流れ場チャンネル内の水の表面張力を減少させるように前記カソード側加湿手段内の水と混合される、前記表面活性剤源と、
を備え、
前記表面活性剤は、ハイパーブランチポリマーを基にした表面活性剤である、燃料電池システム。 - 前記燃料電池スタックは、複数の燃料電池を備え、該燃料電池の各々は、触媒層を備え、該触媒層はルテニウム及びプラチナの混合物を含んでいる、請求項1に記載の燃料電池システム。
- 前記燃料電池の前記アノード側部に水素ガスを提供する水素源と、該水素ガスを受け取って加湿するアノード側加湿手段と、前記表面活性剤を該アノード側加湿手段に提供する表面活性剤の源と、を更に備え、該表面活性剤は、該表面活性剤が前記スタックの前記アノード側部上の流れ場チャンネル内の水の表面張力を減少させるように、前記アノード側加湿手段内の水と混合される、請求項1に記載の燃料電池システム。
- 前記燃料電池システムは車両に搭載されている、請求項1に記載の燃料電池システム。
- 燃料電池システムであって、
カソード側部及びアノード側部を備える燃料電池スタックと、
圧縮された空気流れを前記燃料電池スタックの前記カソード側部に提供するコンプレッサと、
前記コンプレッサから前記空気流れを受け取り、カソードの前記空気流れを加湿する、カソード側加湿手段であって、該カソード側加湿手段は、前記スタックの前記カソード側部上の流れ場チャンネル内の水の表面張力を減少させる表面活性剤を備える、前記カソード側加湿手段と、
前記燃料電池スタックの前記アノード側部に水素ガスを提供する水素ガス源と、
前記水素ガス源から前記水素ガスを受け取り、該水素ガスを加湿する、アノード側加湿手段であって、該アノード側加湿手段は、前記スタックの前記アノード側部上の流れ場チャンネル内の水の表面張力を減少させる表面活性剤を備える、前記アノード側加湿手段と、
を備え、
前記表面活性剤は、ハイパーブランチポリマーを基にした表面活性剤である、燃料電池システム。 - 前記燃料電池スタックは、複数の燃料電池を備え、該燃料電池の各々は、触媒層を備え、該触媒層はルテニウム及びプラチナの混合物を含んでいる、請求項5に記載の燃料電池システム。
- 燃料電池スタックに導入された、カソード空気流れ及びアノード水素ガスを加湿するための方法であって、
カソード側流れチャンネル内の水の表面張力を減少させるため前記カソード空気流れを加湿する加湿水にカソード側加湿手段の内部で表面活性剤を混合し、
アノード側流れチャンネル内の水の表面張力を減少させるため前記水素ガスを加湿する加湿水にアノード側加湿手段の内部で表面活性剤を混合する、各工程を備え、
前記表面活性剤は、ハイパーブランチポリマーを基にした表面活性剤である、方法。 - 前記燃料電池スタック内の触媒層にルテニウムを添加する工程を更に備える、請求項7に記載の方法。
