Claims (10)
- 摩耗保護層(1)と組込み式摩耗表示とを備える摩擦ディスク(2)であり、前記摩擦ディスク(2)が摩擦面(2’)を有し、前記摩耗保護層(1)が前記摩擦面(2’)を完全に覆っている摩擦ディスク(2)であって、
前記摩耗保護層(1)と前記摩擦ディスク(2)との間に少なくとも1つの表示面エレメント(3)が設けられ、前記表示面エレメント(3)は、前記摩擦面(2’)の一部を占め、着色及び構造上の特徴の少なくとも1つにおいて、前記摩擦ディスク(2)の前記摩擦面(2’)及び前記摩耗保護層(1)の少なくとも1つのコンポーネントと異なることを特徴とする、摩擦ディスク(2)。 - 複数の前記表示面エレメント(3)が互いに距離を置いて前記摩擦面(2’)上に配置されていること、又は前記表示面エレメント(3)がリング形の環状構造として形成されていることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の摩擦ディスク(2)。
- 前記表示面エレメント(3)が、前記摩擦ディスク(2)の前記摩擦面(2’)の窪み、又は前記窪みの中若しくは前記摩擦面(2’)上に配置されている表示材料層によって提供されることを特徴とする、請求項1又は2に記載の摩擦ディスク(2)。
- 前記摩耗保護層(1)が10〜200μmの厚さ、好ましくは10〜50μmの厚さを有していることを特徴とする、請求項1〜3の少なくとも一項に記載の摩擦ディスク(2)。
- ‐前記インジケータ材料が、色のついたセラミック、黒若しくは白のセラミック、鉱物顔料、及び/又は、繊維織物又は繊維編物であり、
‐前記摩耗保護層(1)が、特にカーバイド若しくは酸化物セラミックベースのセラミックから、特に金属製母材のカーバイド若しくは酸化物セラミックであるサーメットから、又は金属合金からなり、
‐前記摩擦ディスク(2)が、鋳鉄、鋼、アルミニウム合金からなる
ことを特徴とする、請求項3又は4に記載の摩擦ディスク(2)。 - 前記摩耗保護層(1)の中に、特にAl2O3及び/又はTiO2からなるセラミック製の硬質粒子を組み込むことを特徴とする、請求項5に記載の摩擦ディスク(2)。
- 前記摩耗保護層が、金属合金、サーメット又はセラミックからなることを特徴とする、請求項1〜6の少なくとも一項に記載の摩擦ディスク(2)の摩耗保護層(1)の組成。
- 前記金属合金が、
‐Cr及び/又はNi含有のタングステン合金、特に、20〜35重量%のCr及び5〜15重量%のNi、特に好ましくは27重量%のCr及び10重量%のNiを含み、残りのW成分と合金に通常含まれる微量不純物とにより100重量%とされるタングステン合金、又は
‐Cr/Ni鋼、特に、少なくとも16重量%のCr及び少なくとも10重量%のNi、特に好ましくは16.5〜20重量%のCr及び10〜26重量%のNiを有するCr/Ni鋼からなることを特徴とする、請求項7に記載の組成。 - 前記サーメットが、
‐Al2O3、TiO2、SiCの少なくとも1つを備えるタングステン合金を有すること、又は
‐Ni、Co及び/若しくはCrからなる金属母材のWC及び/若しくはCrCからなり、特に60〜85重量%のWC、特に好ましくは70〜85重量%のWC及び7〜12重量%のCoを有するサーメットからなることを特徴とする、請求項7に記載の組成。 - 前記セラミックが、WC、CrC、SiC、Al2O3又はTiO2又はそれらの組合せからなり、特に、
‐WCとAl2O3との組合せ、又は
‐Al2O3とTiO2、好ましくは60〜97重量%のAl2O3及び3〜40重量%のTiO2による組成のAl2O3とTiO2との組合せからなることを特徴とする、請求項7に記載の組成。
