Description
・コーティング12に存在する攻撃的イオンの吸着、
・下地11及びコーティング12の境界部13を不動態化する、表面不溶性保護層の形成
をもたらす、2つの異なる段階に基づく電気化学的プロセスとして記載されうる。
・顔料表面が高度に塩基性であることは、コーティングで酸性化合物が中和されることを意味する(低アルカリ度コーティングは保護機構には不都合である);
・従来の無機の腐食防止剤顔料と比較して低密度及び大比表面積は、少量にもかかわらず良好な効率を示す;
・カチオン交換シリカが万能であることは、熱可塑性樹脂又は熱硬化樹脂等の広範囲のバインダーが、水性基剤、溶媒基剤又はホットメルト基剤で用いられうることを意味する
利点がある。
・フルオロウレタン重合体を、ポリイソシアネート型硬化剤を用いて水性分散又は溶媒基剤中で硬化させること;
・固体のポリエステルポリオールを、ポリイソシアネート型硬化剤を用いて硬化させること;
・ハイブリッド型アクリル−ウレタン共重合体を、UV重合の後、湿式重合により水性分散又は溶媒基剤中で硬化させること。
35℃、50g/Lの食塩水溶液。但し、食塩水溶液は、25℃で1.029〜1.036の密度、25℃で6.5〜7.2のpHであり、かつ、1.5mL/hの平均速度で回収される;
で気候チャンバーで行った塩水噴霧試験からなる。
:35℃、90%相対湿度、8時間の後、試料を乾燥させる;で凝縮させて堆積させたことからなり、7サイクル後、コーティングで保護される下地が腐食しているか否かを調べる検査を行う。
・選択速度で回転駆動できるディスクDQ;
・ディスクDQの第1面に永続的に接続された第1アンビルEC1(好ましくは円錐型タイプ);
・ディスクDQの第2面(第1面とは反対側にある)に永続的に接続された第2アンビルEC2(好ましくは円錐型タイプ);
・選択軸圧力Pを負荷できる第1圧力要素EP1及び第2圧力要素EP2(例えば、ピストン等);
・第1圧力要素EP1の一方の面に永続的に接続された第3アンビルEC3(好ましくは円錐型タイプ);
・第2圧力要素EP2の一方の面に永続的に接続された第4アンビルEC4(好ましくは円錐型タイプ);
を含む。
・ステアリン酸亜鉛(イオン透過性を低下させ、湿潤接着を高める);
・層板状アルミニウム(表面電気抵抗を高め、犠牲陽極として作用する)
を比較することを選んだ。
・塩水噴霧試験を用いた750時間の厳しい環境の暴露期間を超える防食をもたらす;
・熱可塑性マトリックスの肩トルク抵抗の値を保持又は改善する;
を満たしうる。
Claims (20)
- ねじ末端が雄型又は雌型によりその外周表面又は内周表面に設けられたねじ領域(3;4)を含む炭化水素坑井の掘削又は作業のための管状コンポーネントのねじ末端(1;2)であって、前記末端(1;2)の少なくとも一部が、イオン交換顔料が3重量%〜30重量%の割合で分散された有機マトリックスを含む乾燥フィルムでコーティングされる、前記管状コンポーネントのねじ末端(1;2)。
- 前記顔料が、カルシウムイオン交換非晶質シリカ、亜鉛イオン交換非晶質シリカ、コバルトイオン交換非晶質シリカ、ストロンチウムイオン交換非晶質シリカ、リチウムイオン交換非晶質シリカ、マグネシウムイオン交換非晶質シリカ及び/又はイットリウムイオン交換非晶質シリカ;カルシウムイオン交換ゼオライト、モリブデンイオン交換ゼオライト及び/又はナトリウムイオン交換ゼオライト;並びに、カルシウムイオン交換ベントナイト及び/又はセリウムイオン交換ベントナイト;からなる群から選択されるカチオン交換顔料を含む、請求項1記載の管状コンポーネントのねじ末端。
- 前記顔料が、バナジン酸塩イオン交換のハイドロタルサイトにより構成されるアニオン交換顔料を含む、請求項1又は2記載の管状コンポーネントのねじ末端。
- 前記有機マトリックスは、接触圧での剪断強度が少なくとも500MPaであり、かつ、肩トルク抵抗値が、API基準RP5A3に適合するグリースで得られる剪断強度と同等かそれ以上である、前記請求項いずれか1項記載の管状コンポーネントのねじ末端。
- 前記有機マトリックスが熱可塑性マトリックスである、請求項1〜4いずれか1項記載の管状コンポーネントのねじ末端。
- 前記有機マトリックスが、ポリアミド、ポリエチレンワックス、酸二量体に基づくコポリアミド、エステル化コロファン(colophane)、テルペン樹脂、スチレン−テルペン樹脂、ポリエーテルエーテルケトン、ポリフルオロアルキル及びポリエーテルスルホンからなる群から選択される、請求項5記載の管状コンポーネントのねじ末端。
- 前記有機マトリックスがポリエチレンワックスを含む、請求項5記載の管状コンポーネントのねじ末端。
- 前記有機マトリックスがコポリアミド樹脂を含む、請求項5記載の管状コンポーネントのねじ末端。
- 前記有機マトリックスが熱硬化マトリックスである、請求項1〜4いずれか1項記載の管状コンポーネントのねじ末端。
- 前記有機マトリックスがポリウレタンを含む、請求項9記載の管状コンポーネントのねじ末端。
- 前記ポリウレタンマトリックスが、ポリイソシアネート型硬化剤を用いて、フルオロウレタン重合体を水性分散又は溶媒基剤中で硬化させて得られる、請求項10記載の管状コンポーネントのねじ末端。
- 前記ポリウレタンマトリックスが、ポリイソシアネート型硬化剤を用いて、固体ポリエステルポリオールを硬化させて得られる、請求項10記載の管状コンポーネントのねじ末端。
- 前記ポリウレタンマトリックスが、ハイブリッド型アクリル−ウレタン共重合体をUV硬化した後、湿式重合して得られる、請求項10記載の管状コンポーネントのねじ末端。
- 前記末端部分(1;2)が、前記末端部分を前記乾燥フィルムでコーティングする前に、サンダー仕上げ、化成処理及び電解堆積からなる群から選択される表面調製工程により前処理される、前記請求項いずれか1項記載の管状コンポーネントのねじ末端。
- 前記有機マトリックスがさらに、固体潤滑剤粒子を含む、前記請求項いずれか1項記載の管状コンポーネントのねじ末端。
- 前記有機マトリックスがさらに、腐食防止剤を含む、前記請求項いずれか1項記載の管状コンポーネントのねじ末端。
- 前記ねじ領域(3;4)は少なくとも一部が乾燥フィルムでコーティングされる、前記請求項いずれか1項記載の管状コンポーネントのねじ末端。
- 乾燥フィルムでコーティングされるメタル/メタル封止表面を含む、前記請求項いずれか1項記載の管状コンポーネントのねじ末端。
- 管状コンポーネントの互いに組み合わさった雄ねじ末端及び雌ねじ末端を含むねじ山付き管状接続部であって、前記ねじ末端の少なくとも一方が前記請求項いずれか1項である、ねじ山付き管状接続部。
- 乾燥フィルムでコーティングされる末端が前記雌ねじ末端である、請求項19記載のねじ山付き管状接続部。
