Abstract
Description
1.製造すべき発泡材の予備縮合体と、場合により他の添加物成分(Z)とを含む溶液又は分散液を製造する。
2.発泡可能なメラミン/ホルムアルデヒド樹脂を支持体材料に導入する。
3.工程(2)からの溶液又は分散液を発泡剤の沸点を上回る温度に加熱することによって支持体材料中の予備縮合体を発泡させ、それにより発泡材を取得し、かつ場合により有利には、
4.工程(3)で得られた発泡材を乾燥させる。
1.支持体材料を装入し、かつ発泡可能な反応性樹脂を可能な限り均一に施与する。
2.支持体材料に反応性樹脂を含浸させ、その後、発泡型に入れる。
3.メラミン−/ホルムアルデヒド樹脂を装入し、その後、支持体材料を添加する。

ポリエステル(PET)繊維不織布を用いて改質された発泡材の製造
噴霧乾燥したメラミン−/ホルムアルデヒド予備縮合体(モル比1:3)75質量部を水25質量部中に溶解させた。この樹脂溶液に、それぞれ該樹脂に対して、ギ酸3質量%、NaC12/C14−アルキルスルフェート2質量%及びペンタン20質量%を添加した。ポリエステル繊維不織布(密度800g/m2、該樹脂に対して25質量%)に該水性メラミン/ホルムアルデヒド混合物を含浸させ、次いで、ポリプロピレンからの(発泡)型内でマイクロ波エネルギーの注入により発泡させた。発泡後、30分間乾燥させた。
網状PU発泡材を用いて改質された発泡材の製造
噴霧乾燥したメラミン−/ホルムアルデヒド予備縮合体(モル比1:3)75質量部を水25質量部中に溶解させた。この樹脂溶液に、それぞれ該樹脂に対して、ギ酸3質量%、NaC12/C14−アルキルスルフェート2質量%及びペンタン20質量%を添加した。該水性メラミン/ホルムアルデヒド樹脂混合物をポリプロピレンからの(発泡)型に導入し、次いで、連続気泡型PU発泡材(密度30g/l)を該スラリー上に置いた。マイクロ波エネルギーの注入により発泡させる。発泡後、30分間乾燥させた。
噴霧乾燥したメラミン−/ホルムアルデヒド予備縮合体(モル比1:3)75質量部を水25質量部中に溶解させた。この樹脂溶液に、それぞれ該樹脂に対して、ギ酸3質量%、NaC12/C14−アルキルスルフェート2質量%及びペンタン20質量%を添加した。次いで、該混合物を撹拌し、その後、ポリプロピレンからの(発泡)型中で、マイクロ波エネルギーの注入により発泡させた。発泡後、30分間乾燥させた。
メラミン樹脂発泡材の機械的品質を評価するために、US−A−4666948によるラム圧測定を実施した。ここで、直径8mm、高さ10cmの円柱状のラムを、90°の角度で、直径11cm、高さ5cmの円柱状の試料に、発泡方向で、該試料が引き裂かれるまで押し込んだ。引裂力[N/kN]によって、該発泡材の品質に関するデータがもたらされる。

- ポリウレタン樹脂、ポリエステル樹脂、エポキシド又はその混合物が支持体材料として使用されている、請求項1記載の発泡体及び成形部材。
- 鉱物繊維、動物性繊維、植物性繊維及び化学繊維、天然繊維又は合成繊維、並びに、前記繊維からの不織布及び織物材料が支持体材料として使用されている、請求項1記載の発泡体及び成形部材。
- 請求項1から3までのいずれか1項記載の発泡体及び成形部材の製造法において、発泡可能な反応性樹脂を支持体材料に導入し、発泡剤の沸点を上回る温度で発泡させ、かつ場合により熱処理を行うことを特徴とする方法。
- 緩衝材としての、並びに、防熱、防冷及び防音のための、請求項1から4までのいずれか1項記載の発泡体及び成形部材の使用。
- 乗用車、トラック、バス、農業用機材及び建築用機材、軌道車両のための車両建造における、並びに、航空機及び宇宙飛行体の建造における、請求項1から4までのいずれか1項記載の発泡体及び成形部材の使用。
- 乗用車、トラック、バス、農業用機材及び建築用機材、軌道車両のための車両建造での、並びに、航空機及び宇宙飛行体の建造でのパネルにおける、請求項1から4までのいずれか1項記載の発泡体及び成形部材の使用。
