Abstract
Description
試験した配合物はそれぞれ以下のものを含むものであった(すべての場合において、Iso指数は115であった):Rubinate M、ポリメリックメチレンジフェニルジイソシアネート(MDI)(Huntsmanから入手可能);Jeffol R−425−X、ポリオール(Huntsman製);Voranol 490、ポリオール(Dow Chemical製);Stephan 2352、ポリオール(Stepan製);TCPP、難燃剤(Rhodia製);B8465、界面活性剤(Evonik Corp.製);Polycat 8及び5(ペンタメチルジエチレントリアミン、PMDETA)(Air Productsから入手可能)。全発泡剤レベルは20.0mL/gであった。表1に試験した配合物、A、B及びCについてまとめた。
次いで、配合A、B及びCのB液ポリオールブレンド物を周囲条件下で9ヶ月間熟成し、実施例1と同じ方法でフォームを作成した。それらの結果を表3にまとめた。
Claims (8)
- フォーム形成剤及びハロゲン化オレフィンを含む熱硬化性フォームブレンド物プレミックスを安定化させる方法であって、前記プレミックスにエステルを添加することを含む方法。
- 前記熱硬化性フォームブレンド物が、界面活性剤、触媒、難燃剤、安定剤/禁止剤、及び二酸化炭素発生剤をさらに含む、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記エステルが、式R−C(O)−O−R’のものである(ここで、R及びR’はCaHc-bGbとすることが可能であり、Gはハロゲン、例えばF、Cl、Br、Iであり、a=0〜15、b=0〜31、c=1〜31である)、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記エステルが、ジカルボン酸、ホスフィン酸、ホスホン酸、スルホン酸、スルファミン酸、ヒドロキサム酸、及びそれらの組合せからなる群より選択される酸、並びにギ酸、酢酸、プロピオン酸、酪酸、カプロン酸、イソカプロン酸、2−エチルヘキサン酸、カプリル酸、シアノ酢酸、ピルビン酸、安息香酸、シュウ酸、トリフルオロ酢酸、シュウ酸、マロン酸、コハク酸、アジピン酸、アゼライン酸、トリフルオロ酢酸、メタンスルホン酸、ベンゼンスルホン酸、及びそれらの混合物からなる群より選択される酸の反応生成物である、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記エステルが、ヘキサン酸アリル、酢酸ベンジル、ギ酸ベンジル、酢酸ボルニル、酪酸ブチル、酢酸エチル、プロパン酸エチル、酪酸エチル、ヘキサン酸エチル、ケイ皮酸エチル、ギ酸エチル、ヘプタン酸エチル、イソ吉草酸エチル、乳酸エチル、ノナン酸エチル、ペンタン酸エチル、酢酸ゲラニル、酪酸ゲラニル、ペンタン酸ゲラニル、酢酸イソブチル、ギ酸イソブチル、酢酸イソアミル、ギ酸イソアミル、酢酸イソプロピル、ギ酸イソプロピル、酢酸リナリル、酪酸リナリル、ギ酸リナリル、酢酸メチル、アントラニル酸メチル、安息香酸メチル、酪酸メチル、ケイ皮酸メチル、ギ酸メチル、イソ酪酸メチル、ペンタン酸メチル、プロパン酸メチル、フェニル酢酸メチル、サリチル酸メチル、カプリル酸ノニル、酢酸オクチル、酪酸オクチル、酢酸アミル/酢酸ペンチル、酪酸ペンチル/酪酸アミル、ヘキサン酸ペンチル/カプロン酸アミル、ペンタン酸ペンチル/吉草酸アミル、エタン酸プロピル、イソ酪酸プロピル、酪酸テルペニル、及びそれらの混合物からなる群より選択される、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記エステルが、ギ酸メチル、ギ酸エチル、酢酸メチル、ギ酸イソプロピル、ギ酸イソブチル、ギ酸イソアミル、安息香酸メチル、ギ酸ベンジル、酢酸エチル、及びそれらの混合物からなる群より選択される、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記ハロゲン化オレフィンが、ヒドロフルオロオレフィン(HFO)、ヒドロクロロフルオロオレフィン(HCFO)、ヒドロフルオロカーボン(HFC)、ヒドロフルオロエーテル(HFE)、及びそれらの混合物からなる群より選択される、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記熱硬化性フォームブレンド物プレミックスが、ポリウレタンフォームプレミックス、ポリイソシアヌレートフォームプレミックス、及びフェノール系フォームプレミックスからなる群より選択される、請求項1に記載の方法。
