Description

追加的に少なくとも1種の界面活性剤を含む、.
Claims (20)
- a)少なくとも1種のハロゲン化ヒドロオレフィン発泡剤を含む少なくとも1種の発泡剤;
b)少なくとも1種のポリオール;
c)少なくとも1種のアミン触媒;及び
d)少なくとも1種の環状脂肪族エポキシド:
を含むポリオールプレミックスであって、
前記環状脂肪族エポキシドが脂肪族環の一部である2個の炭素原子及び酸素原子から成る少なくとも1個のエポキシ基を含有する、前記ポリオールプレミックス。 - ポリオールプレミックスを25℃において6か月間貯蔵した時に前記の少なくとも1種のアミン触媒との反応のせいで起こる前記環状脂肪族エポキシドの損失は10%未満であり、
前記の少なくとも1種の環状脂肪族エポキシドが、シクロペンテンオキシド、シクロヘキセンオキシド、シクロヘプテンオキシド、シクロオクテンオキシド、ノルボルネンオキシド、テルピネオールオキシド、α−イオノンオキシド、リモネンオキシド、テルピネンオキシド、α−ピネンオキシド、メンタジエンオキシド、ジシクロペンタジエンオキシド及びジシクロペンタジエンジオキシドより成る群から選択される少なくとも1種の環状脂肪族エポキシドを含む、請求項1に記載のポリオールプレミックス。 - 前記脂肪族環の一部である2個の炭素原子の内の一方に水素原子以外の置換基が結合した、請求項1又は2に記載のポリオールプレミックス。
- 前記脂肪族環の一部である炭素原子がいずれも水素原子以外の置換基で置換されていない、請求項1又は2に記載のポリオールプレミックス。
- 前記の少なくとも1種のハロゲン化ヒドロオレフィン発泡剤がヒドロフルオロオレフィン、ヒドロクロロフルオロオレフィン及びそれらの組合せより成る群から選択される、請求項1〜4のいずれかに記載のポリオールプレミックス。
- 前記の少なくとも1種のハロゲン化ヒドロオレフィン発泡剤がHFCO−1233zdを含む、請求項1〜5のいずれかに記載のポリオールプレミックス。
- 追加的に少なくとも1種の界面活性剤を含む、請求項1〜6のいずれかに記載のポリオールプレミックス。
- 第3アミンより成る群から選択される少なくとも1種のアミン触媒を含む、請求項1〜7のいずれかに記載のポリオールプレミックス。
- 約0.1〜約5重量%のアミン触媒を含む、請求項1〜8のいずれかに記載のポリオールプレミックス。
- 前記脂肪族環が5〜8員環である、請求項1〜9のいずれかに記載のポリオールプレミックス。
- 約0.2重量%〜約7重量%の環状脂肪族エポキシドを含む、請求項1〜10のいずれかに記載のポリオールプレミックス。
- 約0.5重量%〜約2重量%の環状脂肪族エポキシドを含む、請求項1〜11のいずれかに記載のポリオールプレミックス。
- 前記の少なくとも1種のポリオールが少なくとも1種のポリエステルポリオールを含む、請求項1〜12のいずれかに記載のポリオールプレミックス。
- 前記の少なくとも1種のポリオールが少なくとも1種のポリエステルポリオール及び少なくとも1種のポリエーテルポリオールを含む、請求項1〜13のいずれかに記載のポリオールプレミックス。
- 前記の少なくとも1種のポリエーテルポリオールが、プロポキシル化グリセリンポリエーテルポリオール、プロポキシル化スクロースポリエーテルポリオール、プロポキシル化ソルビトールポリエーテルポリオール、プロポキシル化アミンポリエーテルポリオール、プロポキシル化マンニッヒポリエーテルポリオール及びそれらの組合せより成る群から選択される少なくとも1種のポリエーテルポリオールを含む、請求項14に記載のポリオールプレミックス。
- 前記の少なくとも1種のポリエステルポリオールが少なくとも1種の芳香族ポリエステルポリオールを含む、請求項13〜15のいずれかに記載のポリオールプレミックス。
- 前記の少なくとも1種のポリオールが少なくとも1種の官能価3以上のポリエーテルポリオールを含む、請求項1〜16のいずれかに記載のポリオールプレミックス。
- 請求項1〜17のいずれかに記載のポリオールプレミックスと、前記の少なくとも1種のポリオールと反応性の少なくとも1種の物質とを一緒にすることを含む、熱硬化性フォームの製造方法。
- 前記の少なくとも1種のポリオールと反応性の少なくとも1種の前記物質が少なくとも1種のポリイソシアネートを含む、請求項18に記載の方法。
- 少なくとも1種のポリオール、少なくとも1種のアミン触媒及び少なくとも1種のハロゲン化ヒドロオレフィン発泡剤を含むポリオールプレミックスを安定化させる方法であって、脂肪族環の一部である2個の炭素原子及び酸素原子から成る少なくとも1個のエポキシ基を含有する少なくとも1種の環状脂肪族エポキシドを前記ポリオールプレミックス中に加えることを含む、前記方法。
