Claims (10)
- 内燃機関(1)の運転を制御するための方法であって;
前記内燃機関の運転負荷(1)を決定するステップ、
前記内燃機関(1)の運転負荷が一定であるときに、決定された前記内燃機関(1)の駆動力を実現する標準制御特性マップに基づいて前記内燃機関(1)の運転を制御するステップ、及び、
前記内燃機関(1)の運転負荷が所与の限度内で上昇したときに、前記内燃機関(1)の駆動力を高めるように、前記標準制御特性マップを修正するための少なくとも一つの制御特性曲線を作動させるステップ、
を有することを特徴とする方法。 - 請求項1に記載の方法であって、
前記少なくとも一つの制御特性曲線が作動されることにより、内燃機関燃料のインジェクションタイミングを時間的に早めるように、及び/又は、内燃機関燃料の噴射圧力を高めてその結果として内燃機関の点火圧力を高めるように、前記標準制御特性マップが修正されることを特徴とする方法。 - 請求項2に記載の方法であって、
前記内燃機関燃料のインジェクションタイミングを時間的に早めるために、前記内燃機関燃料のインジェクションタイミングが前記内燃機関(1)のクランクシャフトの回転角度に関して2〜4度だけ早められることを特徴とする方法。 - 請求項2又は3に記載の方法であって、
前記内燃機関燃料の噴射圧力を高める際に、前記内燃機関燃料の噴射圧力が200〜400barだけ高められることを特徴とする方法。 - 請求項1から4のいずれか一項に記載の方法であって、
前記内燃機関(1)の運転負荷が所与の期間一定である場合、及び/又は、前記内燃機関(1)の決定された駆動力を超えた場合に、前記少なくとも一つの追加的な制御特性曲線が非作動にされ、前記内燃機関(1)の運転が、未修整の標準制御特性マップを用いて制御されることを特徴とする方法。 - 請求項1から5のいずれか一項に記載の方法であって、
前記内燃機関(1)内における燃焼のための燃料充てんの時間依存性の上昇が、所与の時間依存性の充てん量上昇の限界値を超えた場合、又は、
前記内燃機関(1)内における燃焼のための燃料充てん量と空気量との比率が、所与の燃料空気比率限界値を超えた場合、又は、
電気機器消費電力の時間依存性の上昇が、所与の時間依存性の負荷上昇限界値を超えた場合、又は、
前記内燃機関(1)の回転数の時間依存性の低下が、所与の時間依存性の内燃機関回転数低下の限界値を超えた場合に、
前記内燃機関(1)の運転負荷を決定する際に、所与の限度内で運転負荷が上昇していると決定されることを特徴とする方法。 - 請求項6に記載の方法であって、
前記内燃機関(1)の運転負荷の上昇の際、前記内燃機関(1)の運転負荷の上昇の程度及び/又は期間に応じて、前記内燃機関(1)に供給される空気量を増加させるための支援システムの作動、及び/又は、標準制御特性マップを修正するための前記少なくとも一つの制御特性曲線の作動、が行われることを特徴とする方法。 - 請求項1から7のいずれか一項に記載の方法を実施するように設定された制御装置10を有することを特徴とする内燃機関(1)。
- 前記内燃機関(1)が大型ディーゼルエンジンで構成されており、前記内燃機関(1)内で燃焼するために圧力をかけて空気量をチャージするための、制御に関して前記制御装置(10)に連結されたコモンレール燃料インジェクションシステム(20)及びターボチャージャ(30)を有することを特徴とする、請求項8に記載の内燃機関(1)。
- 前記ターボチャージャ(30)が圧縮空気支援システム(40)を有していること、
該圧縮空気支援システム(40)が制御に関して前記制御装置(10)連結されていること、
前記内燃機関(1)の運転負荷に特定の上昇がみられる際に、前記内燃機関(1)内での燃焼のために前記ターボチャージャ(30)により供給される空気量を増加させるように、前記制御装置(10)が、前記前記圧縮空気支援システム(40)を作動させるよう設定されていること、及び、
前記制御装置(10)が、前記内燃機関(1)の運転負荷上昇の程度及び/又は期間に応じて前記圧縮空気支援システム(40)の作動、及び/又は、請求項1から7のいずれか一項に記載の方法の実施により前記標準制御特性マップを修正するための少なくとも一つの制御特性曲線の作動を始動するよう設定されていることを特徴とする、請求項9に記載の内燃機関(1)。
