Description
Claims (9)
- 複数の加圧ガス容器のための安全装置であって、特にハイドロリックアキュームレーターのような液体と気体を利用した装置の駆動空間のガス側の安全防護対策のための安全装置であって、それぞれの前記加圧ガス容器(3)で熱作用による上昇されたガス圧を低減するためのリリーフ装置(2)を具備する安全装置において、該リリーフ装置(2)が、推進力又は圧縮力の作用下で負荷されて座屈又は膨張する構成要素(4)であり、当該安全装置(1)の熱作用下における前記リリーフ装置の外側に近い空間(5)への形状変化が、その周囲の方向において前記加圧ガス容器(3)の内部から外側への流体輸送接続(6)が可能となるように行われることを特徴とする安全装置。
- 前記熱作用下にある前記リリーフ装置(2)が、直接的又は間接的に前記流体輸送接続(6)を封止する構成要素(7)による前記推進力又は圧縮力の前記作用によって変形して当該安全装置(1)の軸線(8)の対称性から外れることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の安全装置。
- 前記リリーフ装置(2)が当該安全装置(1)の空間(5)に配置され、該空間が、前記リリーフ装置(2)の数倍の体積を有することを特徴とする請求項1又は請求項2のいずれか1つに記載の安全装置。
- 前記リリーフ装置(2)が前記熱作用の下で変形するプラスチック本体(9)で形成されることを特徴とする請求項1から請求項3のいずれか1つに記載の安全装置。
- 前記プラスチック本体(9)がフッ素樹脂材料で形成されることを特徴とする請求項4に記載の安全装置。
- 前記フッ素樹脂材料がポリビニリデンプラスチックであることを特徴とすることを特徴とする請求項5に記載の安全装置。
- 前記リリーフ装置(2)がロッド形状の中空本体であることを特徴とする請求項1から請求項6のいずれか1つに記載の安全装置。
- 前記リリーフ装置(2)が、ハウジング(21)のカバー(20)と前記流体輸送接続を遮断する前記構成要素(7)との間に配置されており、該構成要素(7)が、貫通孔(22)を介して前記加圧ガス容器(3)の前記ガス側から加圧されていることを特徴とする請求項2から請求項7のいずれか1つに記載の安全装置。
- 前記流体輸送接続(6)がプラグ状又はピストン状の構成要素(7)によって解放されたとき、前記貫通孔(22)から、前記加圧ガス容器(3)のアキュームレーターハウジング(10)の壁の突出部(30)によって外側に包囲された横断通路(23)内へと吐出されることを特徴とする請求項8に記載の安全装置。
