Abstract
Description
(a)注入可能な非水性流体と
(b)前記注入可能な流体(a)中に分散した液滴であって、
(i)固体または高粘度の液体である非水性連続相および
(ii)前記連続相(i)中に分散した固体粒子
を含む液滴と
を含む組成物であって、前記固体粒子(ii)が、最大寸法で測定して、100マイクロメートル以下のメジアン径を有し、前記固体粒子(ii)が、1種または複数のシクロプロペン化合物および1種または複数の分子封入剤を含む組成物が提供される。

(式中、nは0から12までの整数である)
の化学基からなる群から独立して選択される]
を有する任意の化合物である。各Lは、二価の基である。適切なL基としては、例えば、H、B、C、N、O、P、S、Si、またはそれらの混合物から選択される1個または複数の原子を含有する基が挙げられる。L基中の原子は、単結合、二重結合、三重結合、またはそれらの混合物により互いに結合していてもよい。各L基は、線状、分枝状、環状、またはそれらの組合せであり得る。いずれか1つのR基(すなわち、R1、R2、R3およびR4のいずれか1つ)において、ヘテロ原子(すなわち、HでもなくCでもない原子)の総数は0から6までである。独立的に、いずれか1つのR基において、非水素原子の総数は、50以下である。各Zは、一価の基である。各Zは、水素、ハロ、シアノ、ニトロ、ニトロソ、アジド、塩素酸塩、臭素酸塩、ヨウ素酸塩、イソシアナト、イソシアニド、イソチオシアナト、ペンタフルオロチオ、およびGが3〜14員環系である化学基Gからなる群から独立して選択される。
錯体1=重量で4.7%の1−MCPが含有された1−MCPとα−シクロデキストリンとの錯体を含有する乾燥粉末。錯体1は、最大寸法で測定した場合のメジアン径が50マイクロメートル未満となるように空気粉砕にかけた。
HC01=ExxonMobil ChemicalからのISOPAR(商標)V炭化水素、C12〜C20の石油炭化水素。
PAVP=AGRIMER(商標)AL−22分散剤、アルキル化ビニルピロリドンのポリマー、ISP Corporation。
PVPVA=AGRIMER(商標)VA5I分散剤、ビニルピロリドンと酢酸ビニルとのコポリマー、ISP Corporation。
BCP=TOXIMUL(商標)8320乳化剤、ブチル系ブロックコポリマー、Stepan Co.。
シリカ1=AEROSIL(商標)R972シリカ、ジメチルジクロロシランで処理したヒュームドシリカ、粒径5〜50ナノメートル、Evonik Industries。
PC=JEFFSOL(商標)AG−1550溶媒、炭酸プロピレンを含有する、Huntsman Performance Products。
ワックス=パラフィンワックス、融点53〜57℃、Aldrich Chemical。
ゼリー=VASELINE(商標)ワセリン(Unilever United States製、Aldrich Chemicalから入手可能)。
Soy=DRITEX(商標)S水素化ダイズ油、完全水素化、Stratus Foods。
EVA=ELVAX(商標)250エチレン−酢酸ビニルコポリマー、DuPont。
HC02=UNIPAR(商標)260石油炭化水素、UniSource Energy, Inc.。
2.5gのシリカ1および55.51gのPCを混合し、高剪断ミキサーにより分散させて懸濁液を形成し、それを60℃〜70℃に加熱した。
液滴配合物:13.44gのHC0lおよび0.65gのPAVPを混合し、60℃〜70℃に加熱し、次いで21.50gの錯体1を混ぜ合わせた。まだ60℃〜70℃である間に、この液滴配合物をベース(同様に60〜70℃で)と組み合わせ、高剪断ミキサーにより、粘度が非常に濃厚に見えるまで分散させた。1.4gのPVPVAを添加し、混合物を手で振盪した。次に5.00gのBCPを添加し、混合物を手で振盪した。PVPVAおよびBCPの添加後、粘度は幾分低下するように見える。得られたエマルジョンは25℃まで放冷した。これはHC01が25℃で高粘度の液体ではないので比較例である。
13.44gのHCOlを、13.44gの次のさまざまな成分に置き換えたこと以外は比較例Aの方法を使用して組成物を作った:
実施例1はワックス(25℃で固体)を使用した
実施例2はゼリー状のもの(25℃で高粘度の液体)を使用した
実施例3はSoy(25℃で固体)を使用した
実施例4はHC02中のEVAの溶液(溶液の重量に基づく重量で10%のEVA)(25℃でゲル)を使用した。
それぞれの実施例を炭酸プロピレン中に希釈し、結果を、倍率400倍の光学顕微鏡で観察した。さらにそれぞれの実施例を水中に希釈し、結果を、倍率400倍の光学顕微鏡で観察した。それぞれの場合において、錯体1の粒子は液滴中に分散しているのが観察され、液滴は視野全体にわたって分散しているのが観察された。
Claims (9)
- (a)注入可能な非水性流体と
(b)前記注入可能な流体(a)中に分散した液滴であって、
(i)固体または高粘度の液体である非水性連続相および
(ii)前記連続相(i)中に分散した固体粒子
を含む液滴と
を含む組成物であって、前記固体粒子(ii)が、最大寸法で測定して、100マイクロメートル以下のメジアン径を有し、前記固体粒子(ii)が、1種または複数のシクロプロペン化合物および1種または複数の分子封入剤を含む、組成物。 - 前記注入可能な流体(a)が、1種または複数の炭酸アルキレンを含む、請求項1に記載の組成物。
- 前記注入可能な流体(a)が、2.5デバイ以上の双極子モーメントを有する1種または複数の有機化合物を含む、請求項1に記載の組成物。
- 前記連続相(i)が、炭化水素、非炭化水素ワックス、脂肪族化合物、有機ポリマーおよび有機流体を含有する混合物、ならびにそれらの混合物からなる群から選択される1種または複数の有機化合物を含む、請求項1に記載の組成物。
- 前記連続相(i)が、1.5デバイ以下の双極子モーメントを有する1種または複数の有機化合物を含む、請求項1に記載の組成物。
- 前記連続相(i)が、前記注入可能な流体(a)中に溶解性でない、請求項1に記載の組成物。
- 水をさらに含み、水の量が前記組成物の重量に基づいて50重量%以上である、請求項1に記載の組成物。
- 前記植物または植物の部分を請求項1に記載の組成物と接触させるステップを含む、植物または植物の部分を処理する方法。
- 前記植物または植物の部分を請求項7に記載の組成物と接触させるステップを含む、請求項8に記載の方法。
