Claims (16)
- 多軸の骨接合アンカーとともに使用されるよう構成され、前記骨接合アンカーの頭部(42)と対面する下側(5b)と、前記下側(5b)と反対になる上側(5a)と、雄ねじが形成された表面部とを有する略円筒形状のロック要素であって、
少なくとも前記頭部(42)の一部を受け入れるための第一凹部(52,52´´)を前記下側に有し、ねじ回しと係合するための第二凹部(53,53´,53´´´)を前記上側(5a)に有し、前記第二凹部は前記上側の中心の外側に位置し、
前記頭部(42)は、最大直径(d)を伴う部分を有し、前記最大直径が前記頭部周りに描く円の最高点によって第一レベルL1が規定され、前記第二凹部の底部によって第二レベルL2が規定され、L2はL1よりも高くないレベルである、ロック要素。 - 同心状の貫通孔(54)をさらに有する、請求項1に記載のロック要素。
- 前記頭部と接触する前記第一凹部(52)の接触領域は、円錐形状接触、線状接触、および球状接触の少なくとも1つである、請求項1または2に記載のロック要素。

- 前記第二凹部は複数のポケット(53´´´)を有する、請求項1〜6のいずれかに記載のロック要素。
- 前記ポケット(53´´´)はロック要素を貫通して下側(5b)に延びるよう構成される、請求項7に記載のロック要素。
- 前記上側(5a)から測定される前記第一凹部(52)の最深部の距離(a)が、上側(1a)から測定される前記第二凹部(53,53´,53´´´)の深さ(b)よりも小さい、請求項1〜8のいずれかに記載のロック要素。
- 雄ねじを伴う部分(51)をさらに有する、請求項1〜9のいずれかに記載のロック要素。
- 前記ロック要素は、前記雄ねじを伴う部分はロック要素全体に亘り該ロック要素はすべてねじ状にされるよう、または前記雄ねじを伴う部分はロック要素全体に亘らず前記下側に隣接する非ねじ状部を有するよう、構成される、請求項10に記載のロック要素。
- 前記非ねじ状部の軸線方向長さが、前記雄ねじ部(51)のうちのねじ状部分の軸線方向長さと略同じあるいはそれよりも小さい、請求項11に記載のロック要素。
- 上側(1a)および下側(1b)を有する長尺なプレート部材(1,1´)と、
前記上側から前記下側まで延びる少なくとも2個の孔(2,3)と、
アンカーを骨に貫入させるよう構成されたシャンク(41)と、最大直径(d)を伴う部分を有する頭部(42)とを有し、前記シャンクは前記孔を通って延びる少なくとも2本の骨接合アンカー(4)とを備え、
少なくとも1個の前記孔(2)は、前記下側(1b)で前記頭部を回転可能に受け入れるのに適した座部(21)を規定するよう構成され、少なくとも1個の前記孔は、軸線を伴ったボア穴(22)を前記上側(1a)に含み、その内径(D)は少なくとも前記頭部の最大直径(d)と同じであり、
前記ボア穴の軸線と同心の中心軸線と、前記頭部と対面する下側(5b)と、前記頭部と反対側を向く上側(5a)とを有し、前記ボア穴(22)に挿入されるよう構成される請求項1〜12のいずれかに記載のロック要素(5,5´)をさらに備える、骨接合板の組立品。 - 複数のロック要素が設けられ、前記複数のロック要素は前記頭部の回転運動を許容する一方で、前記頭部をロックし、および/または骨接合板の組立品が緩くなることを妨げるよう構成される、請求項13に記載の骨接合板の組立品。
- さらに他のロック要素が設けられ、前記ロック要素および前記他のロック要素は異なる軸線方向長さを有する、請求項13または14に記載の骨接合板の組立品。
- 前記ロック要素に係合するよう構成される係合部(62)を伴うねじ回し(61)と、
管状のホルダ(64)とを備え、
前記ねじ回しは前記係合部(62)を伴い前記管状のホルダ(64)を通って延びるよう構成され、
前記ねじ回しは前記ホルダ内を軸線方向に移動可能および回転可能であり、前記ホルダは前記ロック要素の挿入に適した径方向スロット(65)を有する、請求項1〜15のいずれかに記載のロック要素および/または骨接合板の組立品に使用される工具。
