Description
マルチプライの熱可塑性積層物をレイアップするステップ、
積層物レイアップを圧密するステップ、
融点より低いが成形のために積層物を軟化させるのに十分なあらかじめ選択された温度まで、圧密された積層物を加熱するステップ、
複数のセットのツールダイを介して、加熱した積層物を実質的に連続して供給するステップ、及びツールダイを介して積層物が実質的に連続して供給されている間に、ツールダイを使用して、加熱された積層物に少なくとも一の特性を成形するステップを含み、本ステップは、各々のツールダイを使用して、加熱された積層物に特性を部分的に成形するステップを含む、方法。

圧縮成形機を介して積層物が実質的に連続して供給されている間に、軟化した積層物に特性の部分を成形し、次いで圧縮成形機で異なるツールダイを使用するステップを含み、本ステップは、マンドレル周辺で加熱された積層物の部分を成形し、成形されたパーツの断面を少なくとも部分的に閉じるステップを含む、方法。

レイアップされた積層物にその長さに沿って形状を形成するステップ、

ツールダイを介して積層物が実質的に連続して供給されている間に、マンドレル上に軟化した積層物を成形するためにツールダイを使用し、閉断面セクション形状を形成するステップを含み、本ステップは、各々のツールダイを使用して加熱された積層物に特性を部分的に成形するステップを含む、方法。
Claims (9)
- 複合パーツの製造方法であって、
あらかじめ圧密された熱可塑性積層物を生産するステップ、
形成領域を介して、あらかじめ圧密された積層物を実質的に連続して供給するステップ、
積層物を形成するのには十分であるが積層物の融解温度より低い温度まで、あらかじめ圧密された積層物を加熱するステップ、及び
加熱された積層物が形成領域を介して供給されている間に、加熱された積層物のセクションに特性を漸進的に形成するステップを含む、方法。 - 特性が積層物に形成された後に、積層物を冷却するステップをさらに含む、請求項1に記載の方法。
- あらかじめ圧密された熱可塑性積層物を生産するステップは、
補強された熱可塑性の複数のプライのレイアップを形成するステップ、
レイアップに少なくとも一の形状を成形するステップ、及び
形成されたレイアップを圧密するステップを含む、請求項1に記載の方法。 - あらかじめ圧密された積層物を加熱するステップは、一のセクションで同時に実行され、且つ
あらかじめ圧密された積層物を冷却するステップは、一のセクションで同時に実行される、請求項2に記載の方法。 - 加熱された積層物のセクションに特性を漸進的に形成するステップは、積層物に特性の部分をそれぞれ成形するために、一セットの個々のツールダイを使用して実行される、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 加熱された積層物のセクションに特性を漸進的に形成するステップは、マンドレル上に加熱された積層物の部分を形成するステップを含む、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 形成領域を介してあらかじめ圧密された積層物を実質的に連続して供給するステップは、湾曲経路に沿って実行される、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 加熱された積層物のセクションに特性を漸進的に形成するステップは、積層物にその長さに沿って湾曲を成形するステップを含む、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 請求項1に記載の方法により形成される複合パーツ。
