Claims (17)
- 薬剤ディスペンサー装置の構成部分を処理する方法であって、
前記構成部分は、前記装置の保管又は使用中に前記薬剤と接触する、1以上の表面を有し、
前記方法は、
前記構成部分を用意し、
プラズマ被覆によって前記表面の少なくとも1つを覆い、前記薬剤の表面の付着又は汚染を、それによって抑制する、ステップを含み、
前記プラズマ被覆の少なくとも一部はDCバイアス制御の下で実行されることを特徴とする方法。 - 前記プラズマ被覆は、少なくとも1つのモノマーのプラズマ重合を含むことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の方法。
- 無機コーティングはプラズマ被覆であることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の方法。
- DCバイアス制御は、50〜800ボルトの範囲、好ましくは50〜500ボルトの範囲、最も好ましくは50〜350ボルト範囲のDCバイアス電圧を使用して実行されることを特徴とする請求項1から3のいずれかに記載の方法。
- 前記構成部分は前記プラズマ被覆のステップの間にアースされることを特徴とする請求項1から4のいずれかに記載の方法。
- 前記構成部分は缶本体であり、前記プラズマ被覆のステップの間、RF電位は、前記缶本体内に位置する電極に印加されることを特徴とする請求項5に記載の方法。
- 前記プラズマ被覆のステップは、酸素が実質的に欠如した状態で実行されることを特徴とする請求項1から6のいずれかに記載の方法。
- 前記プラズマ被覆によって生成された前記コーティングは、XPSによって測定されたとき、10%未満、好ましくは5%未満、最も好ましくは2%未満の酸素含有量を有することを特徴とする請求項7に記載の方法。
- プラズマ被覆が始まった後の期間、DCバイアス制御が始められるのに対して、前記プラズマ被覆のステップは、DCバイアス制御なしで、好ましくは前パワー制御を使用して、最初に実行されることを特徴とする請求項1から8のいずれかに記載の方法。
- 電力は前記モノマーをプラズマ重合する前記ステップの間に前記プラズマに供給され、
前記ステップは、前記プラズマが電子の容量性貯蔵を使い果たすことにより縮小するように、前記モノマーの供給を維持する間に、前記プラズマに供給された前記電源を切ることにより完了し、

請求項1から13の任意の1項による方法で、前記ディスペンサー装置の構成部分を処理し、
前記装置の他の構成部分を用意し、
組み立てられた薬剤ディスペンサー装置を提供するために前記構成部分を組み立てる、ステップを含むことを特徴とする方法。 - 薬剤を投薬するためのディスペンサー装置であって、
前記装置は、請求項1から13の任意の1項による方法で処理された、少なくとも1つの構成部分を含むことを特徴とするディスペンサー装置。 - 前記構成部分は、XPSによって測定されたとき、2%未満の酸素含有量を有する前記プラズマ被覆によって生成されたコーティングを有することを特徴とする請求項15に記載のディスペンサー装置。
