Claims (15)

前記プラズマ被覆の少なくとも一部は、一定の電子放出及び一定のプラズマ密度を維持するために、固定のDCバイアスを備えたDCバイアス制御の下で実行され、前記構成部分は前記プラズマ被覆のステップの間にアースされることを特徴とする方法。 - 前記プラズマ被覆は、少なくとも1つのモノマーのプラズマ重合を含むことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の方法。
