Abstract
【解決手段】本発明の閉塞装置は、可動に支持されている閉塞要素(1)と、貫通開口部(3)がチャンバウォールに適合するように構成されている基体(2)と、可膨張式チャンバ(6)を有し、閉位置において閉塞要素(1)とシート(4)との間に介在して閉塞用素(1)をシート(4)に対して密封する弾性シール部材(5)と、を備えている。弾性シール部材(5)が、可膨張式チャンバ(6)にリークが生じた場合に流体を受容する補助チャンバ(7)を備えている。

当該可膨張式チャンバの膨張過程において膨張シール部材が最も対称的に拡張するという観点から有利である。
Claims (10)
- 減圧チャンバ又は真空チャンバのチャンバウォールにおける開口部を閉塞するための装置であって、
可動に支持されている一又は複数の閉塞要素(1)と、
貫通開口部(3)と、前記貫通開口部を包囲する一又は複数のシート(4)とを有し、前記貫通開口部(3)が前記チャンバウォールの開口部に合致するように構成されている一又は複数の基体(2)と、
前記貫通開口部(3)が前記閉塞要素(1)により開放されている前記閉塞要素(1)の一又は複数の開位置と、前記貫通開口部(3)が前記閉塞要素(1)により完全に閉塞されている前記閉塞要素(1)の一又は複数の閉位置と、
可膨張式チャンバ(6)を有し、前記閉位置において前記閉塞要素(1)と前記シート(4)との間に介在して前記閉塞要素(1)を前記シート(4)に対して密封する一又は複数の弾性シール部材(5)と、を備え、
前記弾性シール部材(5)が、前記可膨張式チャンバ(6)に加えて、前記可膨張式チャンバ(6)にリークが生じた場合に前記可膨張式チャンバ(6)からの流体を受容する一又は複数の補助チャンバ(7)をさらに備えていることを特徴とする閉塞装置。 - 請求項1記載の閉塞装置において、
前記可膨張式チャンバ(6)が、前記シール部材(5)の一又は複数の中間ウォール(8)によって前記一又は複数の補助チャンバ(7)から隔離されていることを特徴とする閉塞装置。 - 請求項2記載の閉塞装置において、
前記可膨張式チャンバ(6)が、前記シール部材(5)の前記中間ウォール(8)及び他のウォール(12)(14)により包囲され、前記中間ウォール(8)が前記他のウォール(12)(14)より部分的に弱く、付加的又は代替的に薄く構成されていることを特徴とする閉塞装置。 - 請求項2又は3記載の閉塞装置において、
前記一又は複数の補助チャンバ(7)が、前記シール部材(5)の前記中間ウォール(8)及び縦エクステリアウォール(9)により画定されていることを特徴とする閉塞装置。 - 請求項1〜3のうちいずれか1つに記載の閉塞装置において、
前記一又は複数の補助チャンバ(7)が、前記可膨張式チャンバ(6)に隣接して配置されていることを特徴とする閉塞装置。 - 請求項1〜4のうちいずれか1つに記載の閉塞装置において、
前記シール部材(5)が円環状の自己完結したシール部材として構成され、前記可膨張式チャンバ(6)及び前記一又は複数の補助チャンバ(7)が円環状かつ相互に自己完結して構成されていることを特徴とする閉塞装置。 - 請求項1〜5のうちいずれか1つに記載の閉塞装置において、
前記シール部材(5)が、前記基体(2)の前記シート(4)に対して当接するシール面(13)を有するフロントウォール(12)と、前記閉塞要素(1)及び前記一又は複数の補助チャンバ(7)と前記可膨張式チャンバ(6)との間の前記一又は複数の中間ウォール(8)に対して当接するリアウォール(14)と、を備えていることを特徴とする閉塞装置。 - 請求項6記載の閉塞装置において、
前記可膨張式チャンバ(6)が、前記フロントウォール(12)及び前記リアウォール(14)並びに前記一又は複数の中間ウォール(8)により包囲され、前記中間ウォール(8)が前記フロントウォール(12)及び前記リアウォール(14)より部分的に弱く、付加的又は代替的に薄く構成されていることを特徴とする閉塞装置。 - 請求項7又は8記載の閉塞装置において、
前記シール部材(5)の前記リアウォール(14)が、前記閉塞要素(1)に対して固定されていることを特徴とする閉塞装置。 - 請求項1〜9のうちいずれか1つに記載の閉塞装置において、
前記シール部材(5)が一体的に構成され、付加的又は代替的に前記シール部材(5)の前記ウォール(8)(9)(12)(14)が相互に一体的に連結されていることを特徴とする閉塞装置。
