Claims (9)
- 燃料収容器のブリード管路用の液滴分離器であって、前記燃料収容器の充填材管部に囲まれた室に取り付けられ、より好ましくは前記充填材管部の補給流路に直接取り付けられる液滴分離器筺体部と、少なくとも2つのブリード管路接続部を有し、前記筺体は少なくとも1つの隔壁によって少なくとも2つの別個のガス路に分割され、第1のガス路はガス流入路として形成され、第2のガス路はガス放出路として形成され、前記ガス流入路は端部でカバーなどによって閉じられ、前記液滴分離器筺体部の外部接続壁内の開口部を介して前記充填材管部と連通することを特徴とする液滴分離器。
- 請求項1記載の液滴分離器であって、前記カバーは前記隔壁の部分からなることを特徴とする液滴分離器。
- 請求項1又は2記載の液滴分離器であって、前記カバーは前記隔壁の延長部として形成され、該延長部は一体蝶番を介して前記隔壁と蝶番とされることを特徴とする液滴分離器。
- 請求項3記載の液滴分離器であって、前記カバーは前記ガス流入路を閉じる位置で、掛け金の方法で固定されることを特徴とする液滴分離器。
- 請求項1乃至4のうちの1つに記載の液滴分離器であって、前記液滴分離器筺体部は、前記燃料収容器の前記充填材管部に接続するための溶着フランジを有することを特徴とする液滴分離器。
- 請求項1乃至4のうちの1つに記載の液滴分離器であって、前記液滴分離器筺体部は、少なくとも1つの開口接続片を有し、開口接続片の外部接続壁は前記ガス流入路と前記ガス放出路に部分的に囲まれていることを特徴とする液滴分離器。
- 請求項6記載の液滴分離器であって、当該液滴分離器が設置されたときには前記開口接続片が前記充填材管部に挿入されるように溶着フランジにより決められる面を越えて前記開口接続片が突出することを特徴とする液滴分離器。
- 自動車用の燃料収容器であって、燃料蒸気フィルターへの少なくとも1つのブリード管路を備えた少なくとも1つのブリーディングシステムを有する少なくとも1つの充填材管部を有し、前記ブリーディングシステムは少なくとも1つの前述の請求項のうちの1つの特徴を備えた液滴分離器を有し、前記液滴分離器は前記充填材管部の補給流路に直接取り付けられていることを特徴とする燃料収容器。
- 請求項8記載の燃料収容器であって、前記液滴分離器筺体部は、溶着フランジを介して前記充填材管部の外壁に固く溶着され、開口接続片として形成される管接続片によって、前記充填材管部の外壁の開口部を貫通することを特徴とする燃料収容器。
