Abstract
Description

Claims (14)
- 全体で約30デニールより低く、フィラメントにつき約10デニールより低い糸と、
m2当たり約177本の糸を超える密度と、
約3.2milより低い厚みと
を含む織物。 - 前記織物は、約60g/m2より低い重量をさらに含む請求項1記載の織物。
- 前記織物は、埋め込み型医療機器をさらに含む請求項1記載の織物。
- 前記埋め込み型医療機器は、10フレンチのサイズのデリバリーカテーテルを通ることができる請求項3記載の織物。
- 前記糸は、マルチフィラメントの糸を含み、それぞれの糸は10本のフィラメントと全体で約20のデニールを有する請求項1記載の織物。
- 前記糸は、ポリエステル、ポリプロピレン、ポリテトラフルオロエチレン、ナイロン、及び/又はポリエチレン糸を含む請求項1記載の織物。
- 前記織物は、120mm Hgの圧力において約400cc/mm/cm2の水透過速度をさらに含む請求項1記載の織物。
- 前記織物は、約20lbpを超えるプローブ破裂強度をさらに含む請求項1記載の織物。
- 前記織物は、約25lbpを超えるプローブ破裂強度をさらに含む請求項1記載の織物。
- 全体で約30デニールより低く、フィラメントにつき約10デニールより低い糸と、m2当たり約177本の糸を超える密度と、約3.2milより低い厚みとを含む織物を製造し、
前記織物の製造に先行して前記糸に保護被覆を付す
ことを含む方法。 - 前記糸はマルチフィラメントの糸を含み、前記フィラメントを撚り合わせることを含む請求項11記載の方法。
- 隣接する糸を織機に向けて平行に送り、糸が互いに密に織られるようにすることをさらに含む請求項11記載の方法。
- 前記糸を織機のビームに設置する間及び機を織る間、前記糸に一貫した張力を維持することをさらに含む請求項11記載の方法。
- 前記糸を増加した熱及び圧力にさらし、前記糸をよりきつく押し縮めるようにすることをさらに含む請求項11記載の方法。
