Description
ヘプタン酸ステアリルは、27〜27℃の融点と、174J/gの融解潜熱を有する。ヘプタン酸ステアリルは、ステアリルアルコール及びヘプタン酸(エナント酸)のエステルである。マッコウクジラの油または植物源から得たステアリルアルコールを用いることが好ましい。ヘプタン酸ステアリルは、23〜27℃で皮膚上で急速に融解し、皮膚を冷却する。不干渉型分子足場としては、様々な結晶質希釈剤が用いられる。
Claims (18)
- ドライ基材であって、
繊維からなり、第1の面及び第2の反対面を含む第1のティッシュウェブと、
前記ティッシュウェブの少なくとも前記第1の面上に配される温度変化組成物とを含み、
前記温度変化組成物が、
約20℃ないし約35℃の温度で相変化を起こし、少なくとも約100J/gの融解熱を有し、かつ該温度変化組成物の約1重量%ないし約99.9重量%の量で含まれる相変化物質と、
該温度変化組成物の約1重量%ないし約50重量%の量で含まれる不干渉型分子足場とを含むことを特徴とする基材。 - 請求項1に記載のドライ基材であって、
前記不干渉型分子足場が、6個ないし約50個の炭素原子鎖長を有する脂肪アルコール及び脂肪酸から選択される結晶質希釈剤を含むことを特徴とする基材。 - 請求項2に記載のドライ基材であって、
前記脂肪アルコール及び脂肪酸が、10個ないし約30個の炭素原子鎖長を有することを特徴とする基材。 - 請求項1に記載のドライ基材であって、
前記不干渉型分子足場が、ポリエチエン、ポリC10−30アクリル酸アルキル、C8−22アクリル酸アルキル/メタクリル酸クロスポリマー、C8−22アクリル酸アルキル/メタクリル酸ブチルジメチコンクロスポリマー、またはそれらの組み合わせから選択されるポリマーを含むことを特徴とする基材。 - 請求項1に記載のドライ基材であって、
前記不干渉型分子足場が、ポリスチレン−ポリ(エチレン−プロピレン)ジブロックコポリマー、ポリスチレン−ポリ(エチレン−ブチレン)−ポリスチレントリブロックコポリマー、ポリスチレン−ポリ(エチレン−ブチレン−スチレン)−ポリスチレン(S−EB/S−S)トリブロックコポリマー、無水マレイン酸グラフト化ポリスチレン−ポリ(エチレン−ブチレン)−ポリスチレントリブロックコポリマー、無水マレイン酸グラフト化ポリスチレン−ポリ(エチレン−ブチレン−スチレン)−ポリスチレントリブロックコポリマー、ポリスチレン−ポリブタジエン−ポリ(スチレン−ブタジエン)−ポリブタジエンブロックコポリマー、水素化ラジアルブロックコポリマー、またはそれらの組み合わせから選択されるブロックコポリマーを含むことを特徴とする基材。 - 請求項1に記載のドライ基材であって、
前記相変化物質が、前記温度変化組成物の約20重量%ないし約95重量%の量で含まれることを特徴とする基材。 - 請求項1に記載のドライ基材であって、
前記相変化物質が、前記温度変化組成物の約50重量%ないし約90重量%の量で含まれることを特徴とする基材。 - 請求項1に記載のドライ基材であって、
前記不干渉型分子足場が、前記温度変化組成物の約1重量%ないし約50重量%の量で含まれることを特徴とする基材。 - 請求項1に記載のドライ基材であって、
前記不干渉型分子足場が、前記温度変化組成物の約5重量%ないし約40重量%の量で含まれることを特徴とする基材。 - 請求項1に記載のドライ基材であって、
前記相変化物質が、油溶性及び疎水性を有することを特徴とする基材。 - 請求項1に記載のドライ基材であって、
前記相変化物質が、トリカプリン、パラフィン、ナノデカン、オクタデカン、ヘプタン酸ステアリル、乳酸ラウリル、ラウリルアルコール、カプリン酸、カプリル酸、ババス油脂肪酸セチル、マニフィーラ・インディカ(マンゴー)シードバター、テオブロ・マカカオ(カカオ)シードバター、ブチロスパーマム・パーキー・バター、Di−C12−15フマル酸アルキル、カプリル酸ステアリル、乳酸セチル、酢酸セチル、C24−28アルキルメチコン、ジラウリン酸グリセリル、ステアルアミドプロピルPGジモニウムクロリドリン酸、ホホバエステル、またはそれらの組み合わせから選択されることを特徴とする基材。 - 請求項1に記載のドライ基材であって、
前記相変化物質が、少なくとも約100J/gの融解熱を有することを特徴とする基材。 - 請求項1に記載のドライ基材であって、
前記ティッシュウェブの外面上に配されるローション組成物をさらに含むことを特徴とする基材。 - 請求項1に記載のドライ基材であって、
前記温度変化組成物が、前記ティッシュウェブに約4gsmないし約40gsmの量で含まれることを特徴とする基材。 - 請求項1に記載のドライ基材であって、
前記相変化物質が、炭化水素、ワックス、油、天然バター、脂肪酸、脂肪酸エステル、二塩基酸、二塩基エステル、1−ハロゲン化物、第1級アルコール、芳香族化合物、無水物、エチレンカーボネート、多価アルコール、またはそれらの組み合わせから選択されることを特徴とする基材。 - 請求項1に記載のドライ基材であって、
前記相変化物質が、ヘプタン酸ステアリルを含み、
前記不干渉型分子足場が、ステアリルアルコールを含むことを特徴とする基材。 - 請求項16に記載のドライ基材であって、
前記不干渉型分子足場が、ポリエチレンをさらに含むことを特徴とする基材。 - 請求項1に記載のドライ基材であって、
前記不干渉型分子足場が、結晶質希釈剤、ポリマー、ブロックコポリマー、またはそれらの組み合わせから選択されることを特徴とする基材。
