Abstract
Description
EP1228829A1には、円筒形の穿孔体とこの穿孔体において案内されるセンタリングドリルとを備えたホールソー(Lochsaege)が開示されており、このホールソーを用いて、加工すべきワークからコアを鋸挽きによって除去することができる。円筒形の穿孔体はその端面に切刃を有しており、これらの切刃は一部においてあさりを有し、かつ一部においてあさりを有していない。穿孔体の周方向において、あさりを有していない相前後して連続する各3つの切刃もしくは鋸歯と、これらの切刃もしくは鋸歯に続いて配置されていて互いに逆向きのあさり角を有する各2つの切刃とが、関連した1つの鋸歯列を形成している。端面の全周にわたって、それぞれ等しく形成されたこのような鋸歯列が複数配置されている。
本発明の課題は、一方では、加工されるワークにおける綺麗な鋸断縁を得ることができ、かつ他方では加工時にワーク内への鋸工具の引っ掛かりを回避することができる、工作機械用の鋸工具を簡単な手段で提供することである。
Claims (15)
- 工作機械、特に手持ち式工作機械用の鋸工具であって、鋸工具(1)の加工側面(2)に鋸歯(3)の列(20)を備えている形式のものにおいて、それぞれ複数の鋸歯(3)を備えた少なくとも2つの鋸歯列(20)が、加工側面(2)に配置されており、互いに連続する鋸歯列(20)の間に歯のないチップ室(21)が配置されており、1つの鋸歯列(20)内において、1つのチップ室(21)に直ぐ隣接する第1の鋸歯(3a)が、他の鋸歯(3b,3c,3d)とは異なった歯の幾何学形状を有していることを特徴とする、工作機械用の鋸工具。
- 1つの鋸歯列(20)内において第1の鋸歯(3a)は、歯形に関して他の鋸歯(3b,3c,3d)とは異なっている、請求項1記載の鋸工具。
- 第1の鋸歯(3a)のすくい面が少なくとも部分的に負のすくい角(γ2,γ3)を有している、請求項2記載の鋸工具。
- すくい面は歯底(23)に隣接した領域に負のすくい角(γ2,γ3)を有している、請求項3記載の鋸工具。
- すくい面は歯底(23)に隣接した領域に、異なった大きさの負のすくい角(γ2,γ3)を備えた2つの区分もしくは縁部(B,C)を有している、請求項4記載の鋸工具。
- すくい面は歯先端に隣接した領域に正のすくい角(γ1)を有している、請求項4又は5記載の鋸工具。
- 1つの鋸歯列(20)内において第1の鋸歯(3a)に続く他の鋸歯(3b,3c,3d)はそれぞれ歯先端と歯底(23)との間に、正のすくい角(γ4)を有している、請求項2から6までのいずれか1項記載の鋸工具。
- 1つの鋸歯列(20)内において第1の鋸歯(3a)は、鋸工具(1)の加工側面(2)に対して平行な平面に関して、他の鋸歯(3b,3c,3d)とは異なったポジションを有している、請求項1から7までのいずれか1項記載の鋸工具。
- 第1の鋸歯(3a)は他の鋸歯(3b,3c,3d)に比べて低く設置されている、請求項8記載の鋸工具。
- 1つの鋸歯列(20)内において第1の鋸歯(3a)はあさりに関して、他の鋸歯(3b,3c,3d)とは異なっている、請求項1から9までのいずれか1項記載の鋸工具。
- 第1の鋸歯(3a)はあさり角なしに形成され、他の鋸歯(3b,3c,3d)はあさり角をもって形成されている、請求項10記載の鋸工具。
- 鋸工具がホールソーのための円筒形の穿孔体として形成されている、請求項1から11までのいずれか1項記載の鋸工具。
- 円筒形の穿孔体(1)は端面に、コア(7)を鋸挽きによって除去するための複数の切断歯もしくは鋸歯(3)を有していて、該切断歯もしくは鋸歯(3)は鋸歯列にまとめられており、穿孔体(1)の内側面には、切刃(5)を備えた切断体(4)が配置されていて、該切刃(5)は穿孔体(1)の内側面(6)に対して半径方向内側に向かってずらされている、請求項12記載の鋸工具。
- 鋸工具が鋸刃として形成されている、請求項1から11までのいずれか1項記載の鋸工具。
- 請求項1から14までのいずれか1項記載の鋸工具(1)を備えた工作機械、特に手持ち式工作機械。
