Abstract
Description

で表される化合物である。構造IXにおいて、R2基は、好ましくは水素または低級アルキル、より好ましくは水素である。R3は、好ましくは直鎖もしくは分岐のヒドロカルビル基、−O−、または共有結合である。より好ましいR3基は、R2C基に直接結合している炭素原子(単数)または炭素原子(複数)上でgem−二置換されているヒドロカルビル基である。R3基が(ジメチル)メチレンである場合のように、R3基は、最も好ましくはジアルキル−置換メチレンである。

炭酸エチレンおよび炭酸ジエチルの容量比50/50の混合物中LiPF6の1.0M溶液からなる対照電池電解質溶液を、LiCoO2カソード、メソカーボンマイクロビーズ(MCMB)黒鉛アノードおよびポリオレフィンセパレータを有する2025ボタンセル(button cell)中に導入する。このセルを最初に4Cレートで充電して、SEIを形成し、次いで、電圧が2.5Vに降下するまで、同じレートで放電する。このボタンセルを比較電池Aと呼ぶ。形成サイクルが終了した後、形成サイクル後に周囲温度で5回の4Cサイクルを用いて、比較電池Aの4C放電曲線を作成する。その試験からの代表的な放電曲線を、図1〜図4のそれぞれに曲線「A」として示す。電池サイクルは、Maccor 4000電池テスターを用いて行う。
電池実施例5ならびに比較電池DおよびEは、前の実施例に記載されたのと同じ一般的方法で作製する。二重反復試料を各電池から作製する。比較電池Dは、比較電池Aと同じ電解質を含有する対照である。比較電池Eの電解質は、構造
Claims (12)
- 少なくとも1種のリチウム塩および前記リチウム塩が可溶性である非水溶媒を含む電池電解質溶液であって、前記電池電解質溶液の重量の0.001から20%が、構造I:
で表される少なくとも1種のリン−硫黄添加剤である電池電解質溶液。 - 前記リン−硫黄添加剤が、構造VI、VIIおよびVIII:
のいずれかで表される、請求項1に記載の電池電解質溶液。 - 前記A基が、ベンジル位炭素原子を介してT連結部に結合している、請求項1または2に記載の電池電解質溶液。
- 前記リン−硫黄化合物が、構造IX:
で表される、請求項1から3のいずれか一項に記載の電池電解質溶液。 - 前記リン−硫黄化合物が、構造XI〜XX:
- 前記溶媒が、直鎖アルキル炭酸エステル、環状炭酸エステル、エステル、アルキルエーテル、ニトリル、スルホン、スルホラン、シロキサンおよびスルトンから選択される少なくとも1種の物質を含む、請求項1から6のいずれか一項に記載の電池電解質溶液。
- 前記溶媒が、少なくとも1種の直鎖アルキル炭酸エステル、少なくとも1種の環状炭酸エステル、またはそれらの混合物を含む、請求項6に記載の電池電解質溶液。
- 前記リチウム塩が、LiPF6、LiClO4、LiBF4、LiAsF6、LiCF3SO3およびLi[(CF3SO3)2N]の少なくとも1種である、請求項1から7のいずれか一項に記載の電池電解質溶液。
- カソード保護剤、リチウム塩安定剤、リチウム析出改善剤、イオン溶媒和促進剤、腐食防止剤、湿潤剤および粘度低下剤から選択される少なくとも1種の他の添加剤をさらに含む、請求項1から8のいずれか一項に記載の電池電解質溶液。
- アノード、カソード、前記アノードとカソードの間に配置されたセパレータ、ならびに前記アノードおよびカソードと接触している電解質溶液を備える電池であって、前記電解質溶液が、請求項1から9のいずれか一項に記載の電池電解質溶液である電池。
- 二次電池である、請求項10に記載の電池。
- リチウムイオン電池、リチウム硫黄電池、リチウム金属電池またはリチウムポリマー電池である、請求項10または11に記載の電池。
