Abstract
Description
図1は、コンピュータ制御装置によって制御される軸6に取り付けられて、押されるピストン4を備える注射器2を示す。この実施例において、軸6は、モータ(図示せず)によって駆動される、伸長・縮退可能な送りねじである。注射器は、出口8と、圧縮される保護スリーブ20とを有する。図1において、容積10に収容される物質は、出口8を介して、該物質を放出するピストンアセンブリ4を押す軸6によって供給されてもよい。ピストンアセンブリは、当業者に知られているであろう、ハブおよびシールを含んでいてもよい。
Claims (5)
- 第1および第2の端部を有するシリンダと、ピストンアセンブリと、第1の端部の出力部と、該シリンダの第2の端部における軸のための開口部とを有する注射器における使用のための保護スリーブであって、
2つの端部を規定する管形状であって、軸線が管の軸線に沿って圧縮および拡張させられ、該スリーブが弾発性材料から成り、該ピストンアセンブリの背後で該注射器のシリンダ内に配置される、管形状と、
該管形状の一端部に形成され、該ピストンアセンブリに係合し、該ピストンアセンブリとともに移動する、第1のリップと、
該シリンダの第2の端部に保持される、該管形状の第2の端部に形成される第2のリップとを含み、該ピストンアセンブリが移動すると、折り畳み式の管形状が伸長および圧潰する、ことを特徴とする保護スリーブ。 - 前記管形状は、該スリーブの少なくとも一部に沿う蛇腹またはアコーディオン構造を含むことを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の保護スリーブ。
- 0.15インチ未満の厚みのポリエチレンまたは他の弾発性材料から成ることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の保護スリーブ。
- 前記シリンダの他端部において前記第2のリップを固定する保持プレートをさらに含むことを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の保護スリーブ。
- 2つの端部を有するシリンダであって、第1の端部が出力部を規定し、第2の端部が軸のための開口部を有する、シリンダと、
ピストンアセンブリと、
該シリンダの軸線に沿って圧縮および拡張させられる管状のスリーブであって、該スリーブが弾発性材料から成り、該ピストンアセンブリの背後で注射器のシリンダ内に配置される、管状のスリーブとを含み、
該スリーブは、ピストンアセンブリに固定される第1のリップを有し、該第1のリップを有する保護スリーブの端部が該ピストンアセンブリとともに移動し、
該スリーブは、該シリンダの第2の端部に保持される第2のリップを有し、該ピストンアセンブリが該シリンダ内で前進および後退すると、折り畳み式の管形状が伸長および圧潰する、ことを特徴とする注射器。
