Claims (10)
- (A)体液を受け入れる第1の固定開口部を有する筒と、
(B)前記筒内に配置され、遮断弁を備えるピストンアセンブリであって、該遮断弁が係合されて開くと、構成成分を受け入れる又は排出する第2の可動開口部を形成するように前記遮断弁が構成された、ピストンアセンブリと、
(C)前記第1の固定開口部を通して前記体液を吸引するように構成された取外し可能な要素であって、前記第1の固定開口部が前記体液を受け入れるように、前記遮断弁を係合することなく前記ピストンアセンブリを移動させるように構成された取外し可能な要素と、
(D)前記遮断弁が開き、前記第2の可動開口部が前記構成成分を受け入れるように、前記遮断弁を係合するように構成された排出要素と、
(E)少なくとも一部分が前記筒内に位置付けられるとともに、前記遮断弁が開き、前記第2の可動開口部が物質を受け入れるように、前記遮断弁を係合するように構成された相互作用要素、及び前記遮断弁が開くと前記第1の固定開口部を封止するように構成された封止要素であって、(a)ロッドと、(b)一部分が該ロッド内に位置付けられ、前記物質を搬送するように構成されたアダプタ要素と、を相互作用要素が備える、相互作用要素及び封止要素と、を備えている、体液を収容するとともにその体液の構成成分を排出するキット。 - 前記体液が多血小板血漿を含む、請求項1に記載のキット。
- 前記構成成分が血漿を含む、請求項1に記載のキット。
- 前記取外し可能な要素が、
(a)軸体と、
(b)前記軸体に連結された、前記ピストンアセンブリを係合するように構成されたスナップ嵌め要素と、
(c)前記軸体に連結され、前記スナップ嵌め要素に隣接し、前記スナップ嵌め要素が前記ピストンアセンブリを係合すると前記軸体の半径方向移動を制限するように構成された安定化要素と、
(d)前記筒が十分な量の前記体液を収容しているときのみ、前記スナップ嵌め要素を係脱するように構成された解除ノブと、を備えている、請求項1に記載のキット。 - 前記取外し可能な要素が、
(a)(i)前記筒内の基部、及び(ii)前記基部から軸線方向に延在する停止要素を備える固定プラグと、
(b)前記固定プラグ内に位置付けられた、前記筒内に真空を作り出すように構成された固定遮断弁と、を備えている、請求項1に記載のキット。 - 前記遮断弁を係合するとともに前記構成成分を排出するように構成された雄ルアー又は注射器を前記排出要素が備えている、請求項1に記載のキット。
- 前記アダプタ要素が、
(a)ハウジングと、
(b)前記ハウジングの遠位端を形成する、前記遮断弁と係合するとともに前記遮断弁を開くように構成された係合要素と、
(c)前記ハウジングの近位端に隣接した、前記物質を受け入れるように構成された近位側コネクタと、を備えている、請求項1に記載のキット。 - 前記係合要素と前記近位側コネクタとの間に流路を作り出すように前記ハウジングが構成されている、請求項7に記載のキット。
- 前記封止要素が、前記筒への流入のみを可能にする逆止弁、又はプラグである、請求項1に記載のキット。
- 前記物質が抗凝固剤である、請求項1に記載のキット。
