Abstract
Description
ポンプのそれぞれの出口の間に配置される油圧スイッチ部材であって、一方の状態では、2つのポンプからの出口流れを合流させ、それにより、高圧燃料を燃焼室インジェクタに送出し、他方の状態では、第1のポンプからの出口流れの一部または全部を低圧供給ラインに送ることを可能にする油圧スイッチ部材と、
油圧スイッチ部材を一方の状態から他方の状態に移行させるために油圧スイッチ部材を制御するための電気制御部材と
をさらに備えることを特徴とする、燃料供給回路である。
Claims (9)
- 低圧供給ライン(20)から燃焼室インジェクタ(24)に高圧の燃料を送出するためのものであり、かつ、エンジンによって同時に駆動される第1および第2の容積型ギヤポンプ(18a、18b)を有する高圧ポンプシステム(18)を備える、航空エンジンのための燃料供給回路(10、10’)であって、
ポンプのそれぞれの出口(36a、36b)の間に配置され、かつ、油圧方向制御バルブ(38、38’)を備える油圧スイッチ部材(38、38’)であって、油圧方向制御バルブ(38、38’)が、第1のポンプ(18a)の出口(36a)に接続された供給口(OA)と、第2のポンプ(18b)の出口(36b)に接続された高圧送出口(U1)と、燃料戻り管(40)によって低圧供給ライン(20)に接続された低圧送出口(U2)とを有し、供給口が、油圧バルブのスライド(42)の制御された位置に応じて、一方の状態では、高圧送出口に接続されることが可能であり、他方の状態では、低圧送出口に接続されることが可能であり、これにより、2つのポンプからの出口流れが合流するか、または、第1のポンプからの出口流れの一部もしくは全部が、低圧供給ラインに送られる、油圧スイッチ部材(38、38’)と、
油圧スイッチ部材を一方の状態から他方の状態に移行させるために油圧スイッチ部材を制御するための電気制御部材(50、50’)と
をさらに備えることを特徴とする、燃料供給回路 - 電気制御部材が、燃料分岐管(44)に配置されるソレノイドバルブ(50)を備え、燃料分岐管(44)が、第1に、戻り管(40)に接続され、第2に、油圧バルブの一方のパイロット室(P2)に接続されることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の回路。
- 油圧バルブの他方のパイロット室(P1)が、第2のポンプ(18b)の出口(36b)に接続され、油圧バルブのパイロット室(P1、P2)が、ダイヤフラム(49)を介して、相互に連通することを特徴とする、請求項2に記載の回路。
- スイッチ部材を制御するための電気部材が、燃料戻り管(40)に配置されるソレノイドバルブ(50’)を備えることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の回路。
- ソレノイドバルブ(50’)が、オン/オフ式であることを特徴とする、請求項4に記載の回路。
- ソレノイドバルブ(50’)が、流量調整型であることを特徴とする、請求項4に記載の回路。
- チェックバルブ(60)が、油圧バルブ(38、38’)の高圧送出口(U1)と第2のポンプ(18b)の出口(36b)との間に配置されることを特徴とする、請求項1から6のいずれか一項に記載の回路。
- 第1のポンプ(18a)が、第2のポンプ(18b)より高い圧送性能を有することを特徴とする、請求項1から7のいずれか一項に記載の回路。
- 請求項1から8のいずれか一項に記載の燃料供給回路(10、10’)を備える航空エンジン。
